I like the dealership, its service department and my service manager very much. This is my 3rd Mercedes, and all have been serviced there. This visit was due to a tire with a slow leak. Turned out, I needed a new tire. They had it in stock.The price for it was very high. The tires on this car are Continentals. It cost me 350 plus tax for the new tire. Very high for this tire. I can buy Michelins for 250 per tire. Liked the service, did not like the cost of the tire.

I went there to install another head unit because Navigation is not working .. Raymond told me about 2 hours . I waited more than 6 hours and paid 400 $ and still No Navigation and other options not working . When i told Raymond about this .. he said we spent long time in your car for free !! (400$ is free ) and they don’t guarantee the everything will work because the part not bought from them even though it’s (OEM original part) . and he refuse even to tell me the reason the Navigation is not working . Remember i am talking about (Mercedes Dealership of Maitland ) and they don’t know why the Navigation is not working and not even trying to find out .. I will file a complaint with BBB and with Mercedes head office and even to Mercedes Germany . How is a dealership refuse to solve a problem this ?

Just lacking in all areas. Since auto nation took over your just a number to them. They don't call when they say they will. The kid where you drop your car off was just disinterested in who or why you were there. Service advisors don't listen to what your issues are. And let's not talk about no loaner cars. If I could rate sales and service separately this review would be quite different. Service is definitely 5 stars however I can't come close to saying that about the sales side. The representative was extremely unknowledgeable regarding their very limited inventory and very disrespectful regarding our time. I'm not upset that we didn't come to terms but she knew what our number was yesterday, asked us to come in today, made us waste 2.5 hrs of our day and we were off by almost $10k. She clearly knew the trade in wasn't going to make up that difference and she kept saying things that were simply untrue or as if we aren't aware of the market etc. I guess they teach these tactics in training but it's distasteful and as a buyer it's very clear what they are attempting to do. Just be honest, that's what your buyers want.

First I'll preface this with, this is in response to an email survey about my service, but the only choice was to publicly post. So here you go MB. And don't bother with the GM response "oh please contact me to resolve", I'll be there I'm sure in 6 weeks when I need ANOTHER alignment or tires for 7 or 8 hours sitting and waiting. Now onto the "review".. Let me start by saying i have been an MB fan boy for years. I'm on my 3rd AMG and love it. But this will be my last. Now for the not so good. This is a great dealership if you don't value time, nor understand how cars work, then you will be blissfully happy with the service. I scheduled a brake job 2 weeks in advance (due to the dash alert "check brake pads". My AMG sends a diagnostic report over the air to MB. My appointment reminder tells me 3 times to come in for my brake job. I arrive 9am, then at 11:30 I was informed that in fact I do need brakes... but they don't have them in stock and it will be a few days!?! That is BIG failure in the system, my pads should have been in stock, they had plenty of lead time. I was also there for my 5th alignment in 1 year (and on my 3rd pair of tires this year). I've had 3 AMG's previously and never had so many problems. The tire wear chart hanging in the dealership shows how my tires look at 5-6k miles and the chart describes a suspension issue. Well I'm always told " I don't have a problem... I have an AMG" even though the car won't hold an alignment for more than 1k miles. The inside treads have steel belts and tread separation at 6-8k (while the rest of the tread and tire looks brand new w/ +12mm of tread left).. btw I never "track" my car, I don't do burn outs, I take corners just like every car in front of me. And my daily driving is mainly 6 miles round trip taking 2 kids to school (30mph limits max the whole way) .. I've changed tire brands 3 times as I'm always told "oh brand xxxx is traaash" Goodyear, Michelin, Perelli, top of the line $500+ each tire doesn't matter lasts 8 months top. Car won't hold alignment under warranty but I'm always told I must have hit a curb or well sir alignments can get knocked out as soon as you leave our parking lot. Even though my car is immaculately cared for and zero curb rash, pot holes always avoided. Worst part is the time waiting, appointment for 2 tires (which I order to my house online and bring in because they always have problems sourcing my tires.. you know the old covid supply chain excuse. ) and an alignment at 9am usually takes me 5-7 hours as sit there all day waiting. I don't know if it's MB quality on this latest gen of AMG or the fact my two local dealers were bought out by auto nation at the same time but I'm done with it all. And it's sad because the Eqs was my next choice but no way I'm getting on a new product like that because I can't trust it will be nothing but problems. Ps.. I'm ISO a good Euro indie tech in CFL as I heard they can "fix" this problem.

I stopped by this Merceses Benz dealership a total of three times to browse their vehicle selection as I wanted to trade in my 2014 4 series for a new SUV. I live at the complex right across the street, and i can see how they operate from my window, therefore I went with comfy attire and some flipflops, and twice on my ebike. Not one time did any representative come out to say hello or show interest in making a sale. Mind you, i was there for over 15 min each time walking their whole lot, taking pictures, looking at prices etc. Some reps would walk outside, look at me and just keep going about their business. Decided to go to Mercedes Benz South and immediately got a representative to assist me and walked out with a new GLC 300. I have been part of luxury dealerships for the past 10 years as a car owner and this experience was very unpleasant. Dont waste your time here and visit another MB dealer.

This is my first time as a Mercedes owner. My wife has been an owner for more than 30 years, having got her first MB when it was still “Contemporary Cars”. Never once did she have a bad experience, and why when it was time to ditch my Audi, we came here first. Our sales person (Glenn) made purchasing easy and without the typical car sales pitch & push. Finance was also great to work with so we knew exactly what we were getting. Now, my first service and on a time crunch Christian Vasquez said I’d be in an out in two-hours. Okay, so it was 02:10 . . . Ha. What a great experience and I would recommend MBO to anyone looking to buy/lease a car. New or used!

Had a tire damage on my GLC300, made an appt at MB of Orlando to change the tire. ended up changing 2 tires due to wear and tear on the other one my service advisor, Chris, had it done in 1.5 hrs, MUCH faster than the expected 4 hrs, great job, rebalanced all tires and returned my car clean inside and out:) They also provided a MB shuttle to pick me up at home to come get my car when it was ready. This is quality of service that I always get at this dealership, I’m very pleased with them and highly recommend MB of Orlando.

I have had a Mercedes for years and I always purchased at Mercedes Benz in Maitland, FL. The service department is very good. They schedule your car and everything is always working properly, the car is clean when you get it and they are very efficient. I was temped to switch brand of cars last time but just the fact that the service is so awesome there, I purchased another Mercedes.

I took my Mercedes into this dealership and they claimed they did a diagnostic (I never saw it), and they changed a battery in the back. After charging me over $600, the problem I brought it in for still exists. I later found out that the battery the replaced was fully functioning according to a different dealership who checked the battery when my husband brought it in. I feel ripped off and lied to.

Although my sales person was nice and patient, Mercedes manager gave me 8,000 less than why I should have received for my 2021 Acura RDX, that only had 5,000 miles, which is bad business. They claim that they give you Kelly Blue Book value for your trade but when is time to finalize numbers they cheat you to say the least. Their claim was “the lack of inventory and lots of people are waiting on buying the same car.” It allows them to pick and choose what to give you for your trade. Bad business tactic!!! I was really desperate and had to purchase a vehicle that day and took advantage of that. I week later my brand new car had a flat tire, to make matters worse. I do not recommend buying from this dealer. Stay away!!!

Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando in Maitland did a much needed repair on my 2008 C300. The scope of services was explained and discussed line by line. The pricing was upfront, with every possible discount available provided. The length of service needed to perform all the work was specified and the work was done on time. My vehicle was road tested upon completion before It was released back to me. Ray, the service representative courteous and knowledgeable. My vehicle is now running as well as it did when I first purchased it new.

Like most dealership their sales reps only seem to show there excitement at the beginning. I knew after my divorce my credit was "hit" but tried my luck anyway and didn't get approved. I tried to add a co signer no response from the dealership....got frustrated and decided to pay cash and still haven't heard back...Frank the sales manager won't return calls its almost like the stereotype you when you walk through those doors...terrible experience Recommend Mercedes South Orlando over this place any day of the week

This is my 4th MB purchase (2nd with this dealership). This was the first time "ordering" a car vs. picking from live inventory on the lot. I found the vehicle ordering process to be transparent and the model inclusions I was primarily seeking were fortunately available. My experience working with Michael Stahlman-Sales Manager was excellent. He was very engaged, from my initial on-line inquiry all the way through the sale. We drive 30 minutes and the car is not there how about that!??? And of course we get a million apologies which does us no good! All the more reason to go to Carvana or cars.com to buy a car! Bought my car here for my 40,000 mile service the very week i got my car back my engine light turned on, I bought back my car to the dealership and was told that the light came on because i drove my car on empty; which i never do. The very next week my engine light turns on yet again and I return my vehicle to the dealership. This time i was told by the service advisor Chris V. that there’s something wrong with my engine and my car isn’t able to be driven and would to stay at the dealer. After weeks of not having a car or being given a loaner car, my husband calls the service manager who tells us we can come get our car and take it to another dealership 😑😑, when the very reason I didn’t take somewhere else is because Chris told me I couldn’t or my car would become inoperable. When I tell you this dealership is beyond incompetent and is prejudice, please stay away!!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE, PLEASE!!!!

I brought my car to the Mercedes dealership in Maitland, FL because one of my run flat tires consistently was losing air. The other tires were fine. I was told that it was because of the recent "cold" weather - it had been as low as in the 50s for a few days. I said that that did not make sense since it was just one tire. They said that that is not unusual - sometimes it only effects one tire. I left with the same tire and it continued to lose pressure and at one point got down to 8 lb. pressure. I am city attorney for numerous cities across the state and need my car to work. When I travel now I have to stop every couple of hours and first thing in the morning for sure to fill the tire with air at a gas station. When I have time (my schedule is very full) I will go back and insist that they change out the tire. By the way, when I purchased the car, I bought the Mercedes tire warranty, so that I would never be faced with an issue like this. My service technician was very friendly, but there is no way that I think he actually believed that one tire would succumb to "cold" weather by consistently losing air. I am very disappointed in the service.

I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for decades. Currently I have an SL63 AMG in Florida and a GLE 43 AMG in Montana. Yesterday I took my car into this dealership to have a trunk lock system evaluated to determine why the latch wasn't closing the trunk lid completely. The service department had my car for more than 7 hours and never called me to provide the diagnosis nor repair estimate. I called twice, was on perma-hold and was dis-connected twice. I had to return to the dealership to finally speak with the General Manager, Service Manager and Service Advisor. I was told by the Service Advisor that he was going to check on it.....15 minutes later he informed me that I was going to need a new latch. He stated that he would email me the estimate, which I didn't get. I called back the next day (today) and left messages with both the General Manager and Service Manager, which apparently prompted the Service Manager to call me back. Needless to say I will not be having the work done on my car at this dealership. I will not be going back to this dealership for anything. If you want to work with total incompetence, then choose to go there. I will be contacting Mercedes Benz corporate and sharing this with them as well.

First impression was that the staff was dismissive. I paid $181 for a diagnosis and NOTHING was done because there were aftermarket parts on my car that I was not will to pay them to change. Instead, he continued to advise me to trade my car in. When I decline the advise and/or the additional $800 diagnosis, I was told that I should come with a tow truck because my care hasn't started since dropping it of. I arrived with a tow truck but my car started perfectly fine when I arrived. I drove it back home. When I arrived at the dealership. It was parked in the "dead lot" under lots of trees with tree sapp, leaves, dirt, debris and dirty hand prints on my vehicle. My experience with Mike Hertz and this establishment was a nightmare!! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have actually changed over to this dealership after my salesman transferred over. I have a 2020 A220 that I brought in for my schedule B this was on Aug 18th .. Needless to say my car was not sounding right about a month and a half later. My engine coolant light came on. I scheduled a appointment on 10/18 to have this reviewed. I was told by my service advisor that my coolant was not filled. He advised that he filled it but of course I got a message stating I missed my appointment. Typically, I do not leave these types of reviews. Mistakes happen but the fact that it is not noted I was there say’s a lot. I definitely wanted a record that I was there and that there was an issue with my vehicle as it still does not sound right. More than likely I will be going back to my regular location even though it is further away. Please check your cars after your service.

Scheduling staff provided stellar customer service. Superseded customer service at Millenia. Alberto was friendly, respectful and thorough. Alberto listened, he helped to increase my comfort level with choosing Mercedes and he was genuinely concerned about my service issue. Do not come prepared to purchase your vehicle with a pre approved bank draft. They will not accept it. Claiming the bank issued draft takes too long for the dealership to be paid. Ironically my bank has yet to be paid for my trade in. You want your money quickly but are in no hurry to pay off my trade in. Please be more upfront with your clients on this topic. I waisted several hours of my time by prearrainging my loan and coming in with bank issued funds.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have had such an unpleasant experience at this location and service department that I felt led to share. I took my 2007 SL550 to Mercedes in Maitland in April of 2020 for a recall on the SBC hydraulic unit. I also had the car serviced to include the transmission. 1 week later transmission fluid was leaking so I took it back for it to be corrected. Fast forward to September of 2021- my brake light came back on and break fluid was leaking. I might add this car is in pristine condition with only 34k miles on it. I called again and Mercedes immediately had it picked up and brought back to the service department. My car was with the service department for two full weeks. The SBC hydraulic unit had to be replaced again. When I was given an update I was told employees were off, the tech was checking the line, and parts were ordered. I understand the times we are facing right now… however during this time there was no communication at all. I had to call several times to get updates through the looped answering system they have set up which is tiresome. Mercedes stands behind a huge name that is supposed to provide excellent customer service to their customers regardless of the warranty being expired or not. I did not receive that at all. I’m disappointed.

I’m disappointing with their service department. I brought my car to get service A at this location. The tire pressure were good the service. After 4 hours, the right front tire of my car only got 22. I talked to the staff, they took my car back to got air. After I drive my car back, I haven’t go out for one day. Guess what, the front right tire are completely out of any air. There is 0 air in my tire, so I called this location and ask for a solution. The first receptionist just transfer me to a empty line and let me leave the message. I hang up and called again, and the second receptionist put me on hold for 5 mins and told me she email the supervisor. She just said somebody will call me back probably by the end of today. She told me supervisor is working at this location today. I wait until 5:30pm, and service department already closed. So I really need Mercedes Benz can give me a answer

This has been my best car buying experience thus far. I highly recommend Ganni. He is just as helpful after your purchase as he is before you purchase. The last Mercedes I owned was a 2012 two years ago, so I had a bit of a learning curve. He responded to every text/email I had regarding the vehicle after I’d already took the vehicle home. He got me approved and locked in the vehicle before i arrived at the dealership. He was honest and transparent. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a problem. Apparently my transmission didn't like my radiator. The solution was very expensive because it involved replacing the transmission amongst other things. Fortunately, I had two things going for me. First, I actually had a warranty that had not expired (and I received many calls from people all over the world who were concerned about my warranty. The other thing going for me is Drake Graebel. Drake has been my guy at MB for years. He is understanding, responsive, and solution oriented. He took over dealing with the warranty company, provided me with an automobile, and got the work done in a prompt manner. I am a fan.

High volume dealership where service department seemed more focused on quantity over customer service. Additionally for the first time I could not get a loaner car since my Mercedes was out of warranty. I live over an hour away so I had to take an Uber ride to the nearest car rental agency. Seems like they should have at least offered me a ride to the rental car agency. I have been to multiple Mercedes dealerships around the Country and I do not consider this up to normal Mercedes standards. I won't be going back.

This dealer had our car for 2 weeks for key programming. The communication is horrible. No one called to update us, no one returned our calls. The phones wasn’t answered when we called. They blamed there phone system. Although we texted our service guy directly….calls were never returned. The manager was useless. Refused to see me when I showed up at the dealer. Ordered one key and they claimed it was defective and had to order another one after speaking to Germany. Service is HORRIBLE. I will never use them again. Marcus was our service advisor and the manager was Ed Taylor. USELESS!

I loved buying Mercedes with Mr Glenn on Mercedes Benz at Maitland FL , it was an easy and smoothly transaction also before leaving the store i saw some details in the car to fix and he was promptly there to help me . but within a week of the purchase the car started to shake when it was going over 70 miles an hour. I took it to mercedez because it is still under warranty , they looked and said I had to balance the car , so they did it and it improved the tripidation , but after 2 weeks the same vibration returned but stronger , I took it again and they analyzed it and realized that the front tires needed changing and so I had to pay almost $1000 because it was no longer under warranty. in short , the problem has always been this , but they preferred ( make up the problem ) until it went over the guarantee for me to pay . I don't think mercedes was professional doing that . Well , I would like my feedback to be just about good things , but anyway .. I thought it was very important to report this to help a next customer !

I’m extremely aggravated and disappointed in Mercedes Maitland service. To say I’m upset is an understatement. I took my car here two weeks ago with a pre-scheduled appointment for a paint defect where the paint on my passenger door is clearly bubbling up after owning it less than a year! I was told by my service advisor (won’t mention their name) that they would take care of it due to warranty. My car sat there for 2 weeks with NO returned phone calls after 4 messages. I finally sent a text and then got a call the next day saying “we can’t fix it under warranty because you were hit.” NO, I was not hit! I have no dent or paint missing! This is a paint defect that 2 certified Mercedes mechanics previously confirmed was NOT the result of being hit. I’m positive if I was hit I would have an accident report! They didn’t want to fix it because they couldn’t make money off me if they did. On top of this, they gave me a loaner car that was dirty inside. It was not clean or disinfected whatsoever- fingerprints and sticky spots all over the seats and leaves in the trunk. I’ve lost ALL faith in Mercedes and once my lease is up, I won’t be buying another one. To wait two weeks leaving me hanging just to go back on their word is deplorable and ruined my weekend. I also saw on the Mercedes Me app they left my car unlocked for hours at a time so I kept locking it remotely. They didn’t care about my belongings inside apparently or it would’ve been locked the entire time since they didn’t plan on fixing it anyway. Shame on Mercedes. Two weeks of waiting for my car for nothing. MERCEDES: Don’t email asking customers for reviews if you’re going to be disappointed in what you hear. And don’t bother responding with your generic comment about calling you to make it right unless you can guarantee you’re fixing my car at no charge !!!

Getting ahold of anyone for answers is near impossible. When you do talk to someone, there’s never a definitive answer. Service had my car for a week immediately after purchase to fix a scratch and a wheel (identified at the time of purchase). After expecting a 2 day turn around and lasting a week, not only had the scratch not been fixed, but there were new scratches that happened at the shop. Now I am wasting another day waiting (hopefully for them to fix it). I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

1.0 star rating The worst dealership EVER!! they sold us services that we didn't need and didn't want to take care of our problem we had with our new car . I take my 2020 c300 for its first service and wanted the service department to look at my automatic trunk opener, wasn't working at all , service manager says the system is basically junk and doesn't work well even with the more expensive cars ,sounded like he didn't want to be bothered with diagnosing the problem. so he sold me a brake fluid flush at 10k miles, the only reason to change the brake fluid at 10k miLes is when the car is under extreme conditions such as severe weather and used as a commercial transport vehicle, my car basically sits in the garage most of the time !! The dealer is dirty and would not recommend this place at all , plus when we bought the car the sales manager didn't give us an option to transfer tags from our old Mercedes,and I highly doubt they even changed the oil, I mentioned I looked at the oil after the oil change was done and it was so black and dirty , the manager said the synthetic oil captured all the dirt from the engine as soon as you start it that's why the oil looks so black , funny my 05 SLK oil never looked that black after changing the oil . Never buying a car from here again!!!

Even though I got to the dealership 2 hours before they closed the team worked through it all the way until 9:45pm. I was very impressed of how patient and friendly they were even after closing time. My situation require immediate service, as the emergency brake on my GLK350 would not release. What seemed a nightmare at first, was quickly handled after calling roadside assistance. In under an hour, towing service came out and I was able to get my car over to the Maitland Mercedes dealer. From there, Drake Grable, advisor made the service needed happen within a few hours ! Not only did I get a new emergency break installed, my car received a hand wash too. Not exactly how anyone wants to spend their day, but I?m grateful for the dealership, roadside assistance, Drake and the service team involved ?

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mercedes-Benz of Orlando at all. They made gross misrepresentations about the pre-owned car they sold me, and then were very difficult to deal with to resolve the issues. They did not want to work with me to ensure I got the car they told me they were selling me, and for which I paid cash. Their only offer in the way of a remedy was to give me my money back, which I didn't want. I have had the car in my possession for five weeks, and three of those weeks it was at another dealer getting the things fixed MBO knew needed fixing and failed to fix prior to the sale. Furthermore, the temporary tag they gave me has now expired and there is no record of my car's VIN in the state system, indicating that they either are holding up the title and registration paperwork, or they filed it incorrectly. They have yet to address this title and registration issue for me. So, 0 out 10; do not recommend. The ONLY good thing to come of my dealings with them is that I got a great car, in spite of all the falsehoods and misrepresentations

My main regret is "no Mercedes hood ornament" to aid in my parking garage space. At 84 on April 21, I live in a CCRC and the parking spaces are tight. I really miss my Mercedes hood ornament, which I have had on all of my Mercedes since 1979! But all of the Mercedes personnel in Maitland were excellent!!!

My tire light came on and I brought my cla 250 into the millenia location on my way home from work. Two days later the light was back and I called to get the tire checked. They had no availability until the following Monday unless I went and waited for an opening. I called and got an apt within a few mins and the process was positive. Alex Rodriguez walked me through every step, from check in to finding our the tire needed to be replaced. They had an accurate timeline and I was able to work from the lounge while they took care of everything. Once completed I had a few additional questions about touch up paint and oil change timeline. Throughout everything Alex was positive and took the extra step. They were busy and I never felt like he was rushing me out the door. Though the dealership is a bit out of the way, I will schedule future maintenance here because of the level of service I received today.

Last week I purchased beautiful S class for $50k, sales process easy. I had a problem with a soft closing lock a week later and found out that they gave me a "great" 90 day warranty that they didn’t activate. When I called, it took 3 days to get the warranty turned on ( without car). Then the warranty company declined the claim because they said I have to wait 60 days to make a claim, unless I take it to an Autonation store. In Jacksonville, where I live that means taking it to a Ford dealership—who doesn’t even have Mercedes diagnostic equipment. I gave up and paid for the repair. Hopefully,I won’t need this basically worthless warranty— Ford dealerships can't fix Mercedes. Even better, maybe they’ll make it right and I can amend my review.

I recently drove over a metal rod that got caught in my wheel well and made a terrible noise while I was moving. I called Mercedes Maitland and they were able to look at the problem same day and remove the rod while I waited. Fortunately there was no damage to the tire, brakes, or the well. I have been a customer for 13 years and always have a good experience. However, the service I got from my advisor and the service techs this time went above and beyond.

I called the dealership and was told that the Svc department was closed at 3pm and my ETA would have been after 6pm . About 15 minutes later I got a call but did not recognize the number........the caller was MARCUS DIAZ. He asked me if I was safe and I explained I was on the tow truck and would be arriving after 6pm. He reassured me he would wait for me and not to worry as he would have transportation for me to get home. Have had issues with passenger air bag and restraint system for years. Light was constantly on and parts were replaced, but then the light would come back on. Was told at times nothing was wrong and light reset. Finally last year, was told it would be repaired as but parts needed to be ordered. Took 3 months of calling a few times a month and corporate office to finally get ?the parts?. It is now fixed, and I am hoping it doesn?t break again, as I don?t want to go through this again. On plus side, employees were always polite, but unfortunately, nothing was getting done.

It has been about a month since my service on my 2020 GLS 450. I scheduled it about 3 weeks in advance as I was told there would be a loaner available if I waited that long. On the day of service there was no loaner available, so I was driven to Enterprise to get a car. In the afternoon when my car was ready I dropped off the rental per my instructions at the dealership and was told that was that. 3 days later Enterprise calls me and told me they were charging me $118.00 for the car as nobody from MB ever called to tell them their vehicle was dropped off. I called the dealership and was told the service manager was "handling it" but I should call my bank and dispute the charge. So now the problem between MB and Enterprise has somehow become my problem. I e-mailed MB on 1/22 to follow up because nobody had taken initiative and followed up with me. I was told that day the service manager would write a check to reimburse me for the cost of the car rental. As of today I have received nothing nor heard from MB again. Losing a loyal customer that has gotten 2 cars and spent thousands in service over $118.00? Even when I e-mailed the GM, Mr. Berryhill, he copied me on an e-mail to someone else with a simple "get this resolved". No apologies, no "this isn't representative of us", nothing like that. Overall just terrible.

I stopped by this dealership for my scheduled repair estimate for panoramic sunroof shade mechanism that shredded itself during my attempt to open it one night. I received a quick and reasonable quote so I left my Merc for the repair. Not expecting to have problem fixed on same date, I brought my dog with me. Ray took care of offering me and my dog a shuttle ride back home so we did not have to wait there. I was able to pick up the car in good working condition the same day. Rafael made up for all the mistakes other people did and I am happy with his constant outstanding Customer Service skills, going above and beyond to make his customers pleased with the services this location is offering. Kudos Raf! However, I have to say that I expected much more from this brand - one of the reasons I did not buy any other brand. In March of 2020 I purchased a 2020 Mercedes GLB 250, and let me tell you I was so excited. I have owned Lexus, Audi, Toyotas, Hondas and BMWs, but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would own a Mercedes. And unfortunately based on my experience, don't know that I will ever want to own one again. In complete transparency, I buy a new vehicle every 1-2 years as I just haven't found the car I love and I thought the GLB would be it! I liked the boxy style and the size and again it was a Mercedes :). The buying experience was average, our sales gentleman was great and very responsive. However, things went downhill after that. In the short time I owned the vehicle, I had it in 2 times for service (engine light) and it had 2 recalls. I understand it is a brand new model, and the kinks probably needed to be worked out, but the customer service was awful - the worst experience I have ever had. When I called about the recall notices, it seemed as though it would take an act of Congress to try and have the car serviced. I was told, I would need to bring it in for assessment, and then if it was determined to have an issue, I would have to bring it back, with no offer of a loaner vehicle. The second time I brought it in for service due to the engine light, we made an appointment for 11am on December 15th, when dropping it off, my husband discussed some other technical issues we were having with the entertainment/Apple Car Play and asked them to ensure everything was working, along with checking on the recalls. Around 7pm the evening of the 15th, we had not heard from Mercedes, so we called, and the service department was closed! Hmmm, so how was I going to get my car, that I needed the next day, guess I wasn't! I spoke to several folks in Sales who were of no help and simply told me there was nothing they could do, I left a message on the voice mail of the Sales Manager after requesting to speak to a manager, do you think I heard back, not at all. The next time we heard anything about our car, was the next day when we called Service to check on a status. Of course, they apologized but can't say it was genuine and did not seem to be concerned we had been inconvenienced. We were told we would hear back when the car was ready, which was much later in the day. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in the service of this dealership. I understand my Mercedes was probably one of their lower end models, but I was a customer, who likes to buy new cars, and very well could have advanced my purchases and been a loyal Mercedes owner. We traded in the car 2 weeks later, and I found a Lexus RX350 that I absolutely love - the sales experience was AMAZING and so far the customer experience as been fabulous. So long Mercedes! For all you future Mercedes owners I hope your experience is better than mine.

I am so disappointed with Mercedes Benz of Orlando. Preparing to return my leased vehicle, I noticed they’d sold me a 4 year policy of a 3 year lease. The tire alignment my service advisor told me wasn’t covered was indeed covered. Prior to taking my car back, I spoke to two people who told me that no policy covered an alignment. The finance guy also told me I was wrong until I showed him after which he told me it was probably too late to do anything. He said it was service managers responsibility and went to find him but he wasn’t available. He left him a message and said he would call. The following week I left 3 phone messages asking the service manager to call me. Two weeks later and still no call. Hopefully the general manager will see this review and do the right thing and call me.

This, despite having an extended warranty through AutoNation which, I was told, entitled me to a loaner car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told no transportation was available. This place is by far the worst service I’ve received anywhere EVER! I brought in my car for a airbag switch. Mind you, they are the one who keep contacting me to come in and switch that airbag. So I schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I bring my car in on that appointment date 11/25 at 1 PM the day before thanksgiving, I was told that I can get my car back in 2 to 3 hours. When I call them at 4PM no one answered. When they finally pick up the phone, I kept getting transferred. So by 7 pm, I started to worried so I head over there, just to find out that they are close and and they will not open the next day (because of thanksgiving) so I had to spend the holiday with no car. Absolutely the worst service ever. I expected so much more professionalism from this people. Beyond disappointed.

Attempting to purchase a car during a pandemic proved to be a daunting task until I stumbled on Mercedes Benz of Orlando and Nick! I had been searching for a vehicle AND a way to purchase with little or no contact. I unfortunately have a bunch of risk factors related to the virus and it was important to avoid all contact with people. I contacted dealers online and most never called back. The only ones that did seemed to think that they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. We sent a “please contact me” message to MB of Orlando and within 12 hours Nick contacted us. It was the beginning of one of the easiest, most pleasant auto purchases that I have ever made. Nick did everything possible to address my special concerns. Could not visit the dealership to see the car...Nick sent a dozen pictures! Had some questions about my “deal”, Nick involved his manager and the problem was solved. From the first day I stepped onto the property of Mercedes-Benz of Orlando Maitland and encountered DeLoach the sales associate, was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had in my adult life! James was very personable, very knowledgeable and gave us the space we needed to look. When we couldn't find what we were looking for James gave us the opportunity to order the exact vehicle we wanted. Who knew... James went over each feature to see if it was something we wanted on the car. It was an experience I will never forget. James kept us abreast of the location of the car and what was going on with it do to the pandemic that we are facing. Due to the pandemic It never crossed our minds to cancel the car. First of all we wanted it and second of all I couldn't discount anything about my experience and wanted to hold on to that. On the day we picked up the car and finalize the paperwork James made us feel very comfortable with knowing that he was concerned about our health and we had nothing to worry about due to the company sanitizing the building and our vehicle. Not to mention him wearing his PPE. Loved it! We had a great experience with the finance associate Mr. Victor Miller. He and James must have attended the same customer service training because he exemplified the epitome of Stellar customer service as well! He was very detailed with our documents as well as helping us to understand what we were signing. Victor was very conscientious about making sure everything was sanitized for us to use from the pen on his desk to the electronic device and the desk itself. I applaud both of these men and I thank them for an awesome purchasing experience!

What does the Mercedes brand represent? Safety? Reliability? Excellence? Comfort? Customer Service? Not anymore. My brand new 2019 Mercedes c300 and MB USA have failed me in all of these areas. My car, which is barely six months old, stalled without any warning while I was on the interstate heading to work. I narrowly avoided several collisions while trying to pull over. I had the car towed to the dealership (MB of Orlando), and the car was returned to me the next day with assurance the issue was fixed. I asked to speak with the service director Ed Taylor, but he never called me, rather he only responded with brief and vague emails. I also requested to speak with Mr. Berryhill, the general manager, and he too was elusive. Ten days later, it stalled again on the interstate on a Sunday evening. This time, my pregnant wife was with me, and needless to say the experience caused her a great deal of distress. We had the car brought to MB of South Orlando, as it was the closest dealership to where the car stalled. I was told by this dealership to leave the car, and they'll have it looked at in the morning. I asked them to please help me and my pregnant wife find a ride home, perhaps provide a shuttle, or loaner vehicle. They said there is nothing they can do, and that we need to find our own way home. They returned the vehicle two days later, saying its working fine now after replacing a computer chip. I decided to call MB USA customer service the next day, and explained my disappointment to the representative. I was assured somebody would call me within 24 hours from corporate. 24 hours came and went, and no call from corporate. Finally, about 36 hours later I was able to get a hold of Jena from corporate. Jena listened attentively to my grievances, and was sympathetic to my situation. She said she'll get back to me after gathering more information about the vehicle, and speaking with the dealerships. To her credit, she did follow up with me. However, she said the vehicle has been serviced per contractual and warranty agreements, and that there is nothing else MB USA is required to do for the customer. I'm extremely disappointed by the level of customer service from MB USA, and the MB dealerships mentioned. I'm even more disappointed that my vehicle is not safe or reliable, having broken down twice in two weeks. Mercedes Benz, is this your new standard?

During the buying process Brian had limited knowledge of our auto we were scheduled to come test drive and purchase. We were scheduled to be in and had to wait for tags for our test drive and they had to take gas to another test drive with our tags down the street? He knew we were coming in with young children. Customer service ended once purchase was complete! I reached out via website to inquire about a new 2019 gle. I received a call back from Claudia in response to my inquiry. At first, she seemed very nice and willing to help. Due to personal reasons, Claudia had connected me with James, in any event she was unavailable. James customer service was great, as he did multiple searches to help me find a car I my range. Eventually, it was his ground work that helped me find a 2020 glc. During my search, i decided to look for 2020s because some were close in price with 2019s, but these cars were not my first choice but better for my price range. I believe both were in a rush to close the deal before the new year. But customer service should not end when the purchase is complete. Especially for me, I purchased a car that was used prior as a loaner car which resulted to it having nics of paint that needed to be touched up, also, I had left documents in my trade in, Claudia was of no assistance after the deal was complete. Calls were not returned, ultimately leading us back to James or me handling issues myself. Also, now seeing that the new glb are out, this is a car more to my liking and in my price range, customer service is not about just telling people what they want to hear in the moment, it's about making the customer happy about their purchase. I'm pretty sure both sellers knew about this new car that would be released, in my price range and a better fit for my needs that were expressed but it was never mentioned. Also, I wanted a red car but the glc is more burgundy. Being a pro benz owner, I was under the impression of my car being red like a c300 that I've had before. This is not to slander anyone, just to give a heads up to people to remember that these reps only have their best interests at heart, not yours, so do what's best for self!

Drove my last car to 150,000 miles and the transmission went but I didn't have a car payment so the idea of having to have one well didn't make me happy. My service rep., Mike Hertz was great. I have nothing but high praise for him. However, when it came time to get my car, "Armondo" dropped the ball. First, he could not find my keys. The key rack was overfilled and mine were finally located in a heap at the bottom of the box. He handed them to another valet guy but then called him back and told him to first move another customers car to the back parking lot. I asked, "Why did you give him another task to complete before getting my car?" and he said, it would not take that long. This second guy was clueless. After 15 minutes I walked over to the side lot to see if I could just get my car and leave. I asked Armondo 3 times to have one of the 3 other valets help find my car and he said, "He'll find it." The valet returned to tell Armond he could not locate my car. Armondo sent him off to another area but the valet stopped to chat with another person. I was watching this moron chatting and yelled out, "Hey, please get my car!" After 20 minutes I went back inside and asked Mike Hertz to intervene. I reminded Mike that my time was valuable and Armondo acted like a disinterested idiot. I heard Armondo say to Mike that my car was in the back, "with the older models." Apparently, newer cars are brought around to the front, directly outside the service area and "older models" are hidden in a back lot, out of sight. This is how they structure their service model. One more issue: when I dropped the car off, the wait for a courtesy driver was at least 2 hrs. per Mike Hertz, so I paid for a ride with Uber. When my car was ready to be picked up, I was told the driver went to Inverness, Fl with a client. I had to wait 5 hrs. before the driver ("David") appeared. I asked David if they were short-staffed and he told me it took him 2 hrs. each way to drive to and from Inverness. Ever since Auto Nation purchased this Mercedes franchise the quality of service has plummeted.

The salesperson (Angelina) and the Dealership (Mercedes-Benz of Orlando) both were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The quickest sale in and out of dealership ever. Maybe 45min - 1 hour. I purchased over the phone and Angelina took plenty of pictures and sent them to me. I showed up, test drove, signed and left. GREAT JOB!!!!

The customer service at this dealership is awful. Recently, I brought my car in for a 7AM Friday morning appointment. I called at noon for an update and the advisor promised me a call back. The advisor never called me back. When I called the advisor back at 6:00pm for an update, I was told that the advisor had left for the day at 5:00pm (w/o calling me back) and the car had not been touched and that they would leave a message for the advisor to call me on Monday On another occasion, I had a $900 repair done to my Mercedes at this dealership. The repair was done improperly and they damaged two other components in the process. It is so tough to deal with this dealership that I have decided to live with the damage they caused rather than visiting this dealership again. This service department does not value you as a Mercedes owner. Have your car serviced elsewhere, please!

UNRESOLVED ISSUES!! STILL SITTING HERE WONDER WHAT TO DO WITH A CAR I JUST WASTED 30K ON. I could go on a long winded play by play of everything I have went through. I work constantly, all business hours literally, so half the time I can't even find time to call my own family..So this will make it easier. Let's just outline it. (Keep in mind my schedule and I actually live 2 1/2 hours from this dealer) MID AUGUST: Called Mercedes in Orlando because my wife bought her Mercedes SUV there so I figured I would try, being newer to Florida figured this would be our new dealership as we trade out mercedes every year or two. Found out it was owned by autonation and saw they had the S550 I wanted at thier Lexus dealer in Miami. NEXT: Was told they can just have it brought to Orlando to save an extra hour of drive time. With my work schedule... sure I put deposit down over the phone site unseen and agreed. (Took 4 days) NEGOTIATIONS: This particular car was on the high end of others similar to it as far as price. It was explained that thier price is thier price and I can respect that..And it was also pointed out that some of the reason it was was more pricey is the fact it had the upgraded BANG AND OLUFSEN sound system! (This comes in later) I trusted buying this car site unseen for 2 reasons, 1: Mercedes dealers are usually meticulous and 2: They had this fantastic (bull**) policy of a 5 day return or 90 day warranty as I believe it was explained GETTING THE CAR: This was almost fantastic, car was ready to go can't say enough nice things about Edgar, I believe in finance. Saw the car, the outside was beautiful didnt even test drive it ?????? Than doing the paperwork I saw that I was charged $250 to have the car brought to Orlando to save me an hour drive 4 days later which was never brought up until signing. But at this point paying 30k and driving 2 1/2 hours I wasnt going to argue, just thought it was slightly underhanded. PROBLEMS: The 3 hour drive home started to notice, the upgraded sound system that justifies the extra price is wrecked, just not working. I've heard better sound from a Prius! Several of the speakers are blown and the amp isn't working properly either (the best part of getting in a mercedes, after slaving your life away all day at work is to jam out and cruise home comfortably..well there goes that) Also the car was pulling to the right and I felt like it wasn't shifting properly, lack of power is the best way to put it. Having owned 3 of these in the past I know how they drive. There was no wiper fluid..RED FLAG! ADDRESSING THE ISSUE: I immediately sent the sales guy an email explaining I'm kind of freaking out which was not responded to right away, I barely had time off work to get the car and drive there in the first place, now alls that's going through my head is a 5 day return policy i may want to utilize and i dont have time to get there..thank God i have that 90 day warranty to back me up LMAO. CALLS: Next thing is I havnt heard anything about getting this addressed asap being on a timer and all..but I'm getting messages left and right (I CANT GET TO BECAUSE IM AT WORK) That i need to do some completion call with the lender (which I dont know if I even want to do because I'm not sure if this car is ok!!) comment dosnt give enough space and there's so much more to this : End result I SCHEDULED myself finally drove there waited 6 hours looked at it for 10 minutes because they are "busy" I was told the Brakes always squeal? they hear nothing with the sound ? (I'm not deaf) no shifting issue and just needed alignment.. NO! BANG AND OLUFSEN SOUND SYSTEM SHOT$ IT PULLED BECAUSE THE AIRRIDE IS LEAKING!!$$ THE BRAKES SQUEAL LIKE A BANSHEE! AND THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS ARE RATTLING $$ EXPLAINS THE LOSS OF POWER! WHAT DO I DO? I WISH I COULD JUST CANCEL THIS WHOLE NIGHTMARE OR LEAVE THE CAR THERE! MAYBE CALL THE LENDER? SOMEONE HELP ME! I SHOULD HAVE STOOD MY GROUND AND EXCHANGED THE CAR B4 FINANCE call!

We have been a customer of MB Maitland-Orlando five years. The first 3 they were attentive & took good care of us & our vehicle. The past two years they have repeated “dropped the ball” and have been inattentive & rude. They kept our car 2 weeks longer than necessary “waiting in a part” the car did not need when they actually took the car apart. In that 2 weeks a rodent managed to do over $4,000.00 damage under the hood...that Staff denied was their liability. The last service, this month, they were again inattentive and the ONLY updates we received were when I called in. As a matter of fact, they denied we had an appointment for service that day! After the service was completed we needed to pre-purchase another 3 years service & the Service Writer PROMISED he would have Finance call us...we waited 2 weeks and called the Gen Mgr to tell him, again, his Staff was not calling us. The lack of communication and respect for other’s time is unacceptable. If it weren’t for MB requirement to have the car serviced by a Mercedes mechanic to maintain the warranty, we would go elsewhere.

Because of a friend of a friend, for the last several years we had leased many different models from another MB dealership fairly far away from our home. Our leases are about to expire, and due to changes at that dealership, they weren't as accommodating as in the past. We had done our homework and had a pretty good idea what models we are currently interested in. Despite living very close to another MB dealership, we decided to visit MB of Orlando in Maitland. As soon as we entered, the receptionist greeted us and asked how she could help. We were immediately introduced to Bob K. and explained our interest in leasing a new car. We quickly felt comfortable with Bob who didn't pressure us to look at any vehicles that didn't match our current needs, but went out of his way to show us and give us details for several that we preferred. When we had narrowed down our choices, he introduced us to Frank who fully explained the financial side of the deal. We agreed right then and there to a new lease. Bob was knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and so easy to work with, Frank was extremely informative and both were clearly interested in our business. We agreed to pick up our new car the following day and when we arrived, Bob introduced us to Edmond who handled all of the lease paperwork. Edmond was very organized and a pleasure to talk with. When we finished that part of the process, he brought us back to Bob who took us to our new car and within a short time we were on our way. This was such a wonderful, hassle-free experience and we highly recommend MB of Orlando in Maitland to anyone looking to get a safe, reliable, luxurious car at a fair price.

I could have chosen 3 out oc the 3 dealership I had gone to, buy you stayed within my price range and did not try to force me to exceed it. Big selling point, you gave me my options and when I asked you to stay within ny budget on monthly payments, you did. No pressure, another big selling point. And the biggest of all, talkinf ti the finance guy was not scary as I expected. He was nice, not pressuring as I thought. And the cost were exactly as he told me it would be. There were no hidden fees or cost. I just knew there would be. To my surprise, there was no reason to be skeptical and I was at first, scared. Yet, this was the best experience ever. Gave me a whole new look on car sales. But, this was this particular Mercedes dealership I speak of under Auto Nation. I never knew this was possible, to go in, and everything would be as told. I trusted the staff and my sales person. Honesty was most important and I found it there. There is only one thing I think was false or an accurate, the reason I was given to why the vehicle I purchased was not certified. To many different reasons tell me they either didn't know or was nor sure. But I do believed the reason given was not accurate.

You have the car for 3 days, via Auto Nation Collegian, to put in two hydronic cylinders, and wasn’t finished by Friday, July 26. You determined that it needed a switch to complete the work. As always you are always trying to up sale repair that aren’t needed. You were told to return the car to Auto Nation, think that it would be returned as it was received. The car was returned with the entire trunk dissembled. Three days to install two cylinders, and can put the car back the way they got is unbelievable. That is why I will never take my car to your dealership. It’s all about money, not what’s the customer needs repaired. I will NEVER refer anyone to you!

I give sales a 5 star rating as I’ve been working with Sam for several years and several cars. However, the service department is in dire need of reconstruction. The employees are running a circus. I show up and arrive on time for my Service B and tire replacement service on my AMG. They ordered the wrong tires. So I wasted my entire day on that. On top of that I get the ring around with three different service reps due to conflicting numbers and costs being given to me on paper. And lastly, I’m back here on Thursday finally have the tires replaced after having to wait on yet another order for the correct tires. I arrive today, Thursday, and Rafael is conveniently not here today. He didn’t save any of the discounts that were to be given due to your lack of service so I’m having to go through a Michael to get things straightened out. Oh and let’s backtrack for a minute. Weeks ago I scheduled this and was given an estimate of $660 for he B service. I arrive and a Drake attempts to upsale me on a pre paid $2800 package. I decline. I then receive an estimate of $1180 for the B service. Get your act together. My family doesn’t spend 6 figures on vehicles to be strung around. This isn’t Kia.

I had an apt for 10:00 for recall service for my Smart Car. The service was going to take 3-4 hours I was told that up front so I was given a ride home. that was wonderful. When I called at 3:30pm the car was not ready. When I called the next morning at 8:30 the car was not ready. At 10:00 I asked for the shuttle to come pick me up so I could be there when the car was ready. I got push back and was told the shuttle would not be sent till the car was complete that would be around 11:30. I am a nurse that worked 12 hour shift and I was going to work that night. So I needed to get to sleep. I had to get forceful and speak to the manager before I was heard. by the time I got my car and got back home it was 1:30pm. I had an 10:00 am apt that did not get completed till the next day at 12:00pm

The car buying experience was simplistic and STRESS-FREE. My guy Robert Owens is the greatest salesman alive!!! He made the car buying process quick and easy. He never tried to "sell" me on a car, rather, he took the time to actually understand my needs. Unfortunately, I didn't end up finding the car I loved on the first day so I left empty handed. But he didn't give up - Robert went out of his way to come in on his day off, find the perfect car for me, and ship it to the dealership on my behalf!! The car was absolutely stunning - and of course I purchased!! I also can't forget to mention the Finance Manger Edmond. He handled an issue I was having with my bank and secured me an awesome interest rate. So I must say this was an all around pleasant experience. I have zero complaints. 10/10 !!!

I dread getting a car! The negotiating harassing calls from sales men... this Mercedes dealer was completely different from other local dealers (Millenia😡). My sales was Robert Kopperud Jr he is not like any salesman I have ever dealt with. He did everything so efficiently that when I left the dealer I even had my dinner plans! He helped us pick a restaurant, gave us driving instructions, even let us use his name at the restaurant to get a table on a Friday night 😉. Gary was nice too explaining all the extended warranty options. Couldn’t be happier about this deal and you know what? The car and price weren’t bad either! The most frightening aspect about it is that it happened when I was not involved in any kind of auto accident at all! As you may imagine, I was very distraught and confused immediately following. As disastrous as that day was for me, I gave Mercedes-Benz the benefit of the doubt and I did not blame them for that horrendous event, at the time. That isn't my complaint. Because of what Mercedes-Benz of Orlando and Mercedes-Benz USA didn't do in response of what happened with my defective car, this is why I'm posting my complaint. There are potentially more very dangerous Mercedes-Benz vehicles with the same airbag deployment defect still on the road today because this multi-billion dollar manufacturer has knowingly allowed a possibly extremely dangerous vehicle to go back on our public roads. Mercedes-Benz USA initially investigated my car that I dropped off at MB of Orlando but quickly stopped searching for the component that triggered my airbag malfunction that could have violently killed me and many others on the road. Luckily, for the coffers of Mercedes-Benz and for the safety of nearby drivers, I was not driving on the highway at top speeds the moment the defective airbag unpredictably inflated at full power, leaving me with no time to react. Upon the completion of the investigation of my car, MB USA could not identify the component or element that initially caused the erratic deployment of my car's airbag. While many other auto manufacturers have identified a critical safety issue with a component that caused similar airbag malfunctions located outside of the complete airbag system/SRS of their respective vehicles, I was told by MB USA that continuing the investigation on my car would be too costly. Even after I have provided MB USA with supporting news articles, MB of Orlando sternly requested that I pick up my car without finding the cause of my dangerous airbag malfunction. How is my car safe for anyone to drive on our public roads if the triggering component that caused my airbag to deploy abruptly may still be in my car as is the case for numerous other vehicles with Takata airbags? Instead of a much more reliable solution, Mercedes-Benz replaced my airbag without knowing if the dangerous component was nullified. Metaphorically, by the MB of Orlando mechanics packing an airbag back into my steering wheel, they reloaded a giant unpredictable gun with a shiny new bullet that has a constantly revolving cylinder that is playing Russian Roulette with my face each passing moment that I'm in the passenger seat. They are hoping that history won't repeat itself. In a way they are rolling the dice with my life, my passengers' lives, and the lives of those around me when I'm driving by innocent drivers and unaware vulnerable pedestrians. Figuratively, this defective gun can go off at any moment without warning. Additionally if & when that gun does shoot me in the head, I could easily lose control of my car and jet off on a destructive path in virtually any direction at dangerous speeds risking the lives of anyone nearby. This is sadly a very possible scenario. This is why I towed my car back home and refused to drive it. Just think how many other MB vehicles may have the same defective component that could still be in my car. Mercedes-Benz didn't offer a replacement car, refund, or even hint at the possibility of a safety recall. Instead, they left me with a burden which may be extremely unsafe to drive. Yesterday the Customer Care Director, Ed Taylor, was in a meeting and I was told to wait for him in the lobby. 20 minutes later I went back to ask why I wasn't called yet and he left the dealership for the day. On top of everything else, there are big streaks of what appears to be dirt, grease or oil on the inside of my driver's door. This is how my car was given back to me yesterday. I want to start by saying that Mike Hertz is a great service advisor and he finds and gets all the information that's needed to make an accurate assessment of the problem and resolves it in a timely manner. My only complain is that this is the 4th time I be been in the dealer for service in the past 6 month. This last time for my service A1 I made an appointment 3 weeks prior and told the secretary that I will be needing a loaner. Still I didn't get a Mercedes Benz loaner and had to wait in the room for the valet to get back and have a car ready for me. At least I was given a clean, small SUV. The first two time when I picked up the loaner in at the dealer I was given a Toyota Corolla, where it was very dirty in the inside. When I requested to see if they had a different car, I was told that was the only one available. The second time I got the Corolla, I asked to change it, and was given a 4 door sedan at least and cleaner. Not that I demand a Mercedes loaner every time, but when I make a reservation 3 weeks in advance and I am bringing a E 550 convertible for service, it is expected to at least get a Mercedes loaner in return.

I had the 40K miles service on my 2012 ML350. I was told the service would take approximately 4 hours so I requested a loaner vehicle. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I was called 30 minutes before the vehicle was ready. When I reached the dealership my car was ready and waiting. The work as performed to my high expectation. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this outfit.

I was given an appointment to meet with a service manager to fix a tire problem, within less than 5 mins of waiting, the service manager presents himself and discuss the the service fee, and gave me an approximate time for the service. Everything was completed at a timely miner. I was very satisfied with the service.

This is an update to my original review of the service to my smart car at the Mercedes-Benz of Orlando. three days after I picked up my car, the check engine light illuminated. I scanned the OBDII and read a PO410 code, evaporative emission system malfunction. I told the service manager about this code and asked him to check it and repair it while they were replacing the head. He told me it was done.I called the Mercedes dealership to discuss the check engine and left a message for them to call me back. To this date I have not received a call back. I also discovered the 50 amp fuse in the battery compartment was blown. I replaced the fuse and cleared the code.While I was checking the car over for the second time, I discovered the oil level was 1.5 qts low. Part of the service was changing the oil and filter. The itemized bill charged me for 4 qts but when I checked the oil level, it was 1.5 qts low. Since the repair, I logged 480 miles since the repair service and during the life of the car it has never used any oil between changes. Between this review and my original review which I listed other comments, I can honestly say I am not satisfied with my service at this dealship. I would very much like to receive a call from the service manager as it is an hour drive for me to take the car back.

Experience with Brian Fenn and the Mercedes-Benz of Orlando dealership was phenomenal and unique unlike any other visit to a dealership. This is my first Mercedes, and was only looking at BMW and Audi because I wanted a sporty German like driving experience every time I am on the road. I had a Lexus IS350 and was never satisfied. It was a little noisy and the engine whiney and had too much lean when cornering. Brian asked me a few questions, and we selected the car I ultimately purchased. It's the perfect balance of quickness, smoothness, quietness, and a WHOLE lot of high tech which I love. I can't believe I stayed with that Lexus for 8 years! Brian is very informative, makes you feel very comfortable, is personable, and attentive. I get the feeling this is the culture at the dealership too. Thanks again! I am now a Mercedes loyal patron!

First of all, I Love my New Mercedes. I purchased a 2013 C-Class, 2 door Coupe with Red Leather interior. My sales person, Glenn was Awesome right from our first point of contact. The day I walked in I actually walked up to the General Manager, without realizing who he was and he introduced me to Glenn and reassured me that I would receive quality customer service, and that I did. I was looking for specific requirements, which was a used C-Class 250, and I wanted red leather interior, without a question. Glenn researched what my desires were. On the same day he called and found exactly what I wanted a 2013 with the interior I wanted and it was also fully loaded with all the possible upgrades, right down to the wheels. I can Honestly say that Glenn made my purchase seamless right from the start. At 58 years old, my purchase was the most easiest, seamless, and Professional service that I have ever experienced. Glenn made my trade in process extremely easy and painless, my financing, pay-off of my trade in. Believe it, was I shocked and excited that the Mercedes I purchased was actually in Miami and I live in Seminole County. Glenn took the matter into his own hands, and had my car shipped the very next day, on a Friday. I was at the dealership at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Within a 3 day span I was sitting down with a finance officer she was very professional as well, and everything was handled so efficiently and timely. When I walked out of the financing office, Glenn was right there and brought me to my fully detailed Gorgeous New Mercedes. I was so ecstatic and happy, I thought I was dreaming. Oh the impeccable service was not over, Glenn sat with me and went over each and every switch, light, gauge and all upgraded options so that I was fully knowledgeable as to how everything worked and he even synced up my cell phone for me. I couldn't have asked for any better service, as I stated every step of my purchase from choosing a car, trade in, financing, and actually shipping my car to Orlando was just Totally Impeccable and I will be referring Mercedes of Orlando to my family members, friends and many co-workers because I know they will receive the same Awesome Service and Honesty I received. I had a couple old recalls on my C300 so I made an appointment and they set me up with Michael Tayefeh as my service advisor. I could not have been more pleased. The entire experience was great. Michael is very knowledgeable and kind. Not only did they take care of the recalls, they did a thorough check of my car, adjusted the pressure on my tires so the light would go off, and washed my car. Michael then explained a few items that they noted need to be done in the near future but he was not high pressure and even listed them in order of importance in case I could not do everything at one time. I really appreciated that extra attention. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone! Thank you.

I chose the best car, an S 550, and love it. This is the fifth MB I have purchased from the same salesman because he is knowledgeable, friendly and makes me feel special. The safety features, comfort and looks of the car were the next selling points. The buying process, which I usually dread, was very easy and seamless. They worked to get the price to where we were comfortable with and ended up buying the car within the hour. Attracted by good lease offers I traded my 2009 Smart Passion for a 2014 Smart Electric Cabriolet. Charlotte made the transition swift, easy and painless. People have questioned whether I got the best deal dollar for dollar and I can honestly say that the ease of the transaction, the cost savings from driving an electric car (that I can fuel free of charge at my place of work) and the chance to own for first-ever convertible for less than I was paying per month on the other Smart made it all worth it.

I was looking for a CPO SL550. I found one near me but it was a 2009 and I was looking for a 2001. Mercedes Benz of Orlando/Smart Center in Maitland Florida had the car i wanted. They were very responsive on the phone and via email and when I tool the long ride from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando they were very gracious and efficient. The whole transaction took less than two hours and that included a complicated trade in. Also,Tony in finance was very helpful and very low key for the guy who gets you in the end so to speak. All in all it was a great experience and I told them to calendar me for a 2013 in two years!
