I had a great experience from researching the inventory on the website, talking on the phone with the sales representative, and then the in store experience. I had a pretty good idea on the vehicle I wanted and its features were thoroughly explained to me when I looked at it and test drove. The overall buying experience was not too long and pretty pleasant. The people in the dealership were all friendly and helpful! I greatly appreciated the low pressure sales and the initial proposal from the dealer not featuring excessive dealer add-ons for me. After completing the purchase, I had a thorough explanation of the application and features as well as what to expect with my new car. It was a great car buying experience.

Terrible! 2 months now to get a backup camera Fixed. Download from Germany didn't work. Service advisor Raphael, the only bright spot in this on going problem. Last service advisor laughed at the problem. Not impressed!!!

General Manager retired. Service Advisor made excuses until the vehicle is out of warranty now it needs brakes and isn’t covered - even after a full “bumper to bumper- all inclusive” warranty package was sold at time of purchase. No one returns calls or makes the customer feel as though they are not getting taken advantage of…sad to say the vehicle itself has been great and the service after sales horrific. Wishful someone with ability to rectify the situation would care enough to call me back.

My THIRD car purchased from this location. I drive extra far just to come to this location for all of my purchases and service because this is by far the best and most professional Mercedes dealership in central Florida. Marcus came in on his day off to help me and I will be calling him as soon as my family is ready for our next purchase. He was so great to work with. All of their employees are extra friendly. 5 stars for their sales and for their service department!

Edit: We gave them another go and they are now very responsive. Original: Good luck ever getting in touch w the service department should you ever need it. I've tried to reach them for the past two weeks now. They have a call-back voice message set up however they never actually call you back. Finally, I got thru to an actual person today for her to “transfer” me to someone's personal cellphone! The person on the other side sounded confused when I asked "is this the parts department?". I finally called the one by Millenia mall ( hate I had to do this bc I live two minutes away from the one in Maitland!) and they answered right away and have me scheduled for Tuesday!

The service representative was knowledgeable about my vehicle. While it wasn't feasible to perform all of the repairs he felt my vehicle needed ($25,000), we were able to reach a compromise that got me back on the road. My one complaint was that I asked that the mechanic install a new grille I had purchased to replace the one damaged at another dealership, and to take the star emblem from my old grille to put it in the new one. The grille was installed, but not the emblem. When I asked, I was told the old emblem didn't fit my new grille, so rather than return it to me it was thrown away. Now I have to buy a new emblem online for around $130, and I can't recover any of that cost on eBay by selling my old one, which would have returned me about $60 from what I see. Otherwise, so far so good.

I made an online appointment and staff was not ready for me and cannot find my appointment until later. Everybody made an effort to be friendly. They weren’t ready to take care of my car. I was bringing it into have the wheels balanced and aligned. They made me wait until Monday for the mechanic to look at the car. Mechanic felt like there needs to be a lot of repairs. Interestingly, when I looked for the parts online, another location of the dealer ship gave me discounted parts online but not in person. Still didn’t get the tires balanced. Left paying over $200 for a list of things that need to be fixed when the bill said the inspection was free. They also charged me $28 for shop towels because they kept the car in the shop and had to wipe up an oil spot. It was almost like they were making it up as they were going along.

I was looking to buy my third MB but I had a negative experience with a car seller who repeatedly asked about my occupation and looked down on me and my fiancé. It's disappointing and unprofessional for anyone in the sales industry to treat their customers in such a manner. Asking about your occupation multiple times and in a condescending tone can be seen as disrespectful and intrusive. The car seller's behavior shows a lack of professionalism and is likely to leave a lasting negative impression on you and other potential customers. Furthermore, the seller recommendation for you to get an American car or Toyota based on the miles on my car is concerning. A good car seller should take into account a customer's preferences, needs, and budget, rather than making assumptions based on their driving or wrong perception of the customer. I was willing to pay more than I pay now monthly but the seller did not motivate me to make such decision. Finally, doubting the fact that you paid a certain amount for my 2021 Mercedes-Benz is simply unacceptable. It is not the car seller's place to question the financial decisions of their customers, and it shows a lack of trust and respect. Overall, my experience with this car seller was disappointing and unprofessional. It's important for car sellers to treat their customers with respect and professionalism, regardless of their preferences.

While getting the scheduling done was a nightmare prior to contacting a service advisor, this was a great experience. Once i was connected my advisor took care of everything with a smile and personal touch! Great service and the runners were great as well.

While getting connected to an advisor was a nightmare, once connected this was a great experience. You shouldn't have to call multiple times in order for the receptionist to actually connect you to an advisor or enter to have a call back. But the advisor, technicians, and runners were all great! Personable, understanding, and quick! Never a bad thing to be able to have a couple laughs while getting service done.

Please do not buy a used car here thinking you will have any Autonation benefits. If there is a problem, they will completely cut off communications, please see the similar reviews below. I wish I read them first. I purchased a used vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Orlando last month. Throughout the process, the salesperson touted the advantages of buying through an Autonation dealership, specifically noting the 5 day/250 mile return policy. Specifically because of the Autonation policies, I traded in my vehicle and paid cash for the difference on the new car. Unfortunately, my family simply didn't fit in the new car. That's my fault, I should have brought them, but I had comfort in the "Autonation difference" and texted that I would unfortunately be returning the car and looking at a different vehicle. I was immediately told that the car didn't quality for the return policy. The return policy was literally written on the online spec sheet (still on there now) and was referenced during the test drive. I escalated twice to get someone to agree that the policy does apply and to return the vehicle within the timeframe and mileage to unwind the deal. I did that, I got my trade back, and was told I would receive my refund via the mail in one week. I asked again why I couldn't receive a check today and was told it takes a day or two to unwind the registration. After a week, no communication and no refund. They lost my second key so I had to drive the 90 minutes back to the dealership. When I retrieved my key, I was told by the finance manager "I'll have the girls look into it." I knew I should have stayed and forced the matter, but I honestly could never have imagined that a large Mercedes-Benz dealership would be giving me this much of a problem on a transaction like this. Fast forward 2.5 weeks, no refund and literally no one will return any of my calls or emails. The car I returned is up for sale on their website, yet every one of my professional and respectful request for an update is never returned. It's a really terrible feeling to have this much money just sitting out, with no one returning any communication and no way of knowing how to get it back. This experience is now putting real pressure on my family and our situation since we can't get another vehicle until we get these funds back. If anyone sees this, please (***please***) call me asap to let me know how to get this money back. I'm sure Eric will know how to reach me given the unreturned voicemails I continue to leave. I can't imagine anyone there is proud of this service.

Exceptional service! Was greeted at service kiosk immediately. Sent to comfortable lounge and met by supervisor in under 5 minutes. Shuttled quickly to car rental as my car would take a couple of days. All communications with supervisor were by text and professional. Work was completed the next day. Excellent experience,

We bought a used car here and it was our first time buying a used vehicle. Out buying experience was great and the salesman and other staff were extremely helpful. However afterwards we realized that they were not transparent or helpful. After we bought the car we found out that this vehicle is vulnerable to easy break ins that can effect insurance coverage and that the manufacturer is working on updates to the software and may need to initiate extensive recalls. This was not disclosed to us and we found out about this after the fact. Also when we got the car home I detected a smoky smell that was not there during the test drive. When the salesman reached out to me to see how I was enjoying the car I mentioned this. He said I should take the car to a detailing shop to have this taken care of. When I replied that I would have thought the dealership would have done this I received no more replies. I reached out to him again and after no more response realized he was ghosting me. We purchased a maintenance package and now I’m reluctant to return given the disappointing experience we had with this agency. —————————————- Sadly I am adding to this review and changing the rating. Although the dealership reached out to us on this platform, it was just for window dressing only. Called several times and tried to reach numerous people. I did get one call back and was not available at the time of the call. I did try calling back a couple of times after that. All in all, we must’ve made at least five calls to the dealership. We have pretty much given up dealing with this organization. As I have said, this was our first time buying a used car. Usually we buy new cars and pay cash. Next year we were intending to buy a new car, but we will definitely still clear of this dealership. If it was possible to write with zero stars I would.

From the first step I made into the Mercedes dealership, everyone was very kind and made me feel welcomed! Joel helped me with finding the right car that was fit for me! I was able to leave with my beautiful car the next day thanks to Victor! The financial manager. He took very good care of me and made feel like part of the Mercedes family! I contact the dealer to sell my car and it was a very pleasant experience. Horacio was very helpful and walk me through the process. I explained to him that I went to multiple dealers getting quotes for my car and that i was not satisfied with the quotes I was receiving. He said he was going to do his best to get the value of my car and he did. I was able to sell my car the same day with the highest value and within 2 days my car was paid off. At this time I didn't purchase a car but once I am ready I will definitely contact Horacio Garcia to buy my new car.

Called for an electrical issue with my 2022 C300 that was associated with a recall, and was scheduled the next day for dropping the car to be checked. Arrived 8am, met with Michael Shattuck, the advisor, explained to him the issue, and it wasn’t more than a few minutes that I left their office with the expectation that they will let me know what’s the issue by noon. While there, I thought I would schedule service A, too, since it was about time to do that. Around noon, Michael called me and told me he was done and the car is ready to be picked up. Very pleased with the professionalism, punctual timing, and the quality of service. Strongly recommend this business for your service needs.

I would definitely go elsewhere next time. I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but this was necessary. It was that bad of an experience.

Purchase a vehicle from this location and was told that the car was stock with no aftermarket parts and that the car was in great condition. Received the car and noticed it was leaking oil and also way low on oil. Reached out to speak with a manger due to my sale rep being outta office at a training and was unable to get a hold of anyone. I left three messages for three different mangers and not one person called me back. Ended up having to take the car to BMW and had to spend 500 for them to fix the first issue. Car also shuts off on initial shut up and then is fine when you restart it. Expressed this to my sale person once he finally came back and called me and was directed to go through warranty. Warranty doesn’t cover the issue and at this moment I’m left with a car I’ve had for a week and can’t drive because it’s sitting in another dealer waiting to be repaired, not mention that I just spent over 60k on the vehicle. I’ll never do business with this dealer and I’d advice anyone reading this to do same. I will also post pics of the paperwork from the new dealer showing my outta pocket cost. Tried reaching back out to this dealer to inform them of other issues the dealer found and the response I got was i received was I thought it was a clean car. If I could I’d give negative stars but I can’t. There may be good reviews but I’d definitely look elsewhere if you have time and wait something reliable and worth your money.

Worst service ever. Sold me a car that I’ve had for all of a week and have spent over a 2 grand fixing. Reached out to the dealer and no one has answers. I guess it once they have your money nothing matters. Sucks to spend over 60k on a car and then have to spend more money at another dealer getting the car fixed before you can even enjoy it. Never do business here and will be reaching out to a lawyer. Do your self a favor and shop else where.

Without getting into all of the details, there was a parts failure on my SLC that really could have turned into a dangerous situation. the Mercedes of Orlando team took care of the issue with the utmost of seriousness and professionalism. I travel further from my home driving past another Mercedes dealership to get my car serviced by Mercedes Benz in Maitland. Their customer service by far surpasses that of the other Benz dealers in Orlando. Marcus Diaz is also the best. He takes time to explain my service before, after and during. I never feel as though I'm being taken advantage of and paying for things I don't need. Keep up the excellent work.

I have bought 2 cars from this Mercedes dealership and used their service department. I drive 2 hours just to get to them when there are other Mercedes dealerships closer to me. This dealership and their service department has fantastic customer service! They are fast, friendly and attentive. I had a really good experience overall. The facility was nice and clean. The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating. Although the dealership couldn't provide a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced. They offered a free Uber round trip to my choosing as an alternative. The service rep provided me with updates on the progress of my vehicle while I waited. They also addressed the 2 recalls on my vehicle during the visit. This saved me from making another visit which is much appreciated.

Came in for first scheduled service. I was greeted upon arrival. Francisco spoke to me about hat was going to be done. Obtained a ride home by Lyft and he called in a couple of hours when service was completed. There was a problem which they addressed immediately and was resolved.

I went in for a recall service and diagnosis for another problem. Service advisor was knowledgeable and efficient and I was given a free ride back to my house. When I received the repair estimate by email, it just me tienes a total without specifics of the diagnosis or the recommended repair. I declined the repair, and when I picked up my vehicle, the invoice had a charge for the diagnosis, but again, no specific results nor the recommended repairs were listed. Wonder why?

Last year at purchase, decided on this location after visiting Tampa and before a quick stop to another nearby MB dealer a bit more south. Very disappointed at this point…. 03/18/23 In response to the comment from the company. To any readers, be assured contact has been made, via email and telephone, with a call placed to Mr. Gr…. 3/17/23. This resulted in a voice mail being left with my contact information. The GM, based on company data, is also listed in Email chain. Still awaiting follow-up on contact made.

Fair warning! This is how they get a used car “ready” for purchase. I did not buy it in this condition. I must have missed the part where they had their fingers crossed behind their back because they wanted ME to pay to fix it. This felt like a “buy here, pay here” dealership and less like a luxury experience. Please consider buying elsewhere!!! This is not the caliber of MB! Do NOT expect them to fix anything for you before you leave.

I was happy with my car and really wasn’t interested in buying a new one but agreed to go with my husband just to see what was on the market. We ran into Marcus as we were entering the dealership and that chance meeting led to my purchase of a GLE 350. Even though I told Marcus I really liked my car and wasn’t ready to get a new one he took the time to find out what I really liked about my current car and showed me a car that had everything my car had plus options only available on a Mercedes. Marcus was terrific. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and responsive when my husband and I had questions. I absolutely love my new car but if I ever decide I want to upgrade to a newer model I will definitely ask for Marcus to help me.

This car purchase has been one of the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. Horatio was our salesman and he was very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle we're thinking about purchasing. When the vehicle we were looking for became available, Horatio quickly texted us to let us know and we were able to put a hold on the vehicle until we were able to come in to see it in-person. Once we saw the vehicle and took it for a test drive, we quickly moved forward to finalize the trade-in price and total sales price of the vehicle. From there we're taken to financing and Remy made the final paperwork a breeze and was very knowledgeable about the extended warranty options. I will be coming back in the future, when we're ready for another vehicle.

Service has been 4 stars (would expect 5 from a luxury car dealership). Most recent experiences have been seriously lacking... last one leaves 3 star review. Service manager was not present for appt (not a huge deal) but the person stepping in definitely made an obviously corrupt decision regarding a tire plan I purchased. So much so, that other customers were smirking/laughing. He obviously had not looked at the service history. After waiting 30 minutes, I left as there was no one to service the car and no one bothered to even offer air to the the tires (reason I was there to begin with). Went to Firestone and had air placed for the time being. I was told I'd receive a call to reschedule..... still waiting 5 days later. Don't pay for the tire plan.... it's garbage and the same tires can be purchased elsewhere for half the cost. My most recent tires are 4 months old and they are trying to tell me the tread is too worn to qualify for the road hazard replacement (nail in the tire). Nope

This review is for the service department. I haven't had any experience with the Parts or Sales but based on my service experience I don’t think I ever will. At this dealership anyways. I’ve owned several Mercedes and had dealing with 2 other locations: Orlando South and Daytona. Never had a problem with either one. It's not so much that my wife and I were treated badly, it’s that we were barely treated at all. We made an appointment online for Friday to have the A/C checked, it wasn't blowing cold air. The car was dropped off on a Thursday night afterhours. On Friday no one called all day to let us know they were working on the car, or that they were having any issues, or running late. At 3pm we started calling them, but no-one picked up the phone. It was all automated attendants, and voicemail, so we left a message with Mike. Then another. After the 3rd message, around 6:00pm, we finally got to talk to a Human! Mike called us back to let us know that they were unable to even look at the car. Apparently, Friday was a very busy day. (Maybe they accepted too many appointments?) He felt confident though, that they would be able to look at it on Saturday. That confidence was shattered when, after leaving several message asking for an update, the entire day came and went without a single call. Zip, Zilch, Nada... Totally Ghosted. Not expecting a call on Sunday, we resigned ourselves to wait until Monday. Monday came and went as we now expected. No one took the time to call us or return our calls until the end of the day. This time we had some progress. Late that afternoon, they diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor. Part would be ordered and arrive the next day. Once again Mike felt confident that they would have the car back to us on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning at the latest. You probably know what's next. Tuesday: No calls, no returned phone calls. Wednesday: No calls, no returned phone calls. By this time, we were resigned to the fact, that regardless of what we did or how many times we called, no one would bother to update us, or work on the car. Whatever system they have to prioritize and work on the vehicles, we were obviously at the bottom. On the bright side, I got to take the train to work for the 1st time. The station is only a 2-mile walk, and it was only 85 degrees! Thursday 3:30pm: A Call back! Work on the car is done. They just need to test it to make sure it’s working. Should be ready for pickup today! Mike will call us back in 10 – 20 minutes. 5:35pm, Call back, The car is ready, come pick it up! (Didn’t really expect a call back in 20, did you?) We get there. No waiting a minute, let alone an entire week, the bill was ready! We pay, get our keys, and as we’re getting ready to leave, Mike says: “You’re going to get an email with a link to a survey. You’ll take care of me, right?” Yes Mike, we got you. (Chef’s kiss)!

I was traveling with 4 kids from Destin, Florida to Universal studio for my twin's 16th birthday trip. But on our way to Orlando, I got a flat tire middle of nowhere. I almost cried because I didn't know where I was and did not know what size my tire was. Got fixed one is flat under stress, the tech said the other side of the tire is as bad as the one that just blew up. I called this dealership and got an appointment the next morning! The technician, Michael Shattuck took really good care of Megan, my Mercedes S560! I had a great experience and good quality service here! I went to a couple of different Mercedes dealerships but this place was the best and beyond! And the fastest appointment I've ever made! I'd definitely drop my Megan off again if I don't have to drive 6 hours.

Where to start... the message center said "Reversing Not Possible Service Required." It would only shift from D2 to D4 so we headed directly to Mercedes Dealership in Maitland (maybe 3 miles if that). We were greeted by two curb check-ins who assessed the problem. Said they couldn't get to it today, but maybe tomorrow. I asked if it was dangerous to drive and they answered. Yes, probably. I said we would leave it and asked if we could get a courtesy car. They said they don't give out courtesy cars any longer due to the pandemic, BUT, we could drive it home and bring it back the next day (and it could be dangerous?). Went in and talked to the service manager - virtually the same answer. We seemed to be quite an inconvenience to everyone. They offered to shuttle us home (what about our appointment and errands?) - but the shuttle wasn't there (probably being deep cleaned after each use) but they would get us to Enterprise. I was "given" to Frank who took care of the paperwork and said he'd call a Lyst to take us to Enterprise Rental. The Lyst texted us they cancelled. Got another text Lyst was sending another car, that one cancelled too. We reached a neighbor who picked us up and dropped us at Enterprise where we rented a car for $104.64 to do errands and sit in the driveway. Long story short. We noticed a Lexus Courtesy car in a neighbor's driveway and at Publix I noticed an Audi Courtesy Car. Did you know BMW and Hyundai have loaners too. Long story short. Once you purchase a car, what makes you want to purchase from that brand again, that's right, Customer Service. It cost me $104.64 to have something fixed that was under warranty. This is my 6th Mercedes throughout the years, but will probably be the last. Maybe "high-end" customers aren't an inconvenience. I will add, there was one ray of sunshine in this experience and that was Frank Garcia, Asst. Service Manager, who actually got stuck with us. He was very personable and communicative through the repair process. We got the car back the next day.... for only $104.64 - the rental

I purchased a vehicle on 12/14 from Mercedes Benz of Orlando in Maitland, Fl. During my test drive, I noticed the vehicle was saying that it was low on washer fluid and was told by the sales person that it would be topped off however that never happen which prompted for me to continuously ask for service records from the dealership to assure the car had been fully inspected prior to buying however I was told at every step I the process that I would receive it from the next person I sat with. I finally received a carfax report that was not very detailed and did not give any indication that the vehicle went through any type of point inspection. I live in Savannah, Ga. On the 14th after taking ownership, I drove home. On the 15th, I walked into my garage and smelled extreme pungent fumes of exhaust and antifreeze due to the vehicle being in a closed space. I immediately contacted the dealership to make them aware as I did not feel safe to have the vehicle near my home because of the smell. I was able to pop the hood to determine that antifreeze levels were extremely low but did not see any signs of a leak as nothing was on my Garage floor or driveway. My sales consultant offered to get me schedule at my local dealer which is in the Autonation Network. The earliest appointment available after the 12/15 discovery wasn’t until 01/06. The vehicle sat until this date. On 1/6, my vehicle was dropped off for service. I was called later in the afternoon and told that various test including a pressure test was done on the vehicle however nothing was found. I disputed this claim as when I dropped the vehicle off there was a noticeable smell coming from the vehicle that could be smelled through the dealership waiting area as I was waiting on my transportation home. The service department agreed to keep the vehicle over the weekend and monitor the car after topping off fluids. On 1/10, I received a called that the vehicle for sure has a leak as all of the fluid topped off in the vehicle is now gone. The team took additional time to diagnose and advise my car would be done by the end of the week. We are now at 02/02 and my vehicle has been in service for 4 weeks and undriveable since the day after purchase. The lack of communication/concern from Mercedes of Orlando to follow up has been terrible. I assume since I was an out of state buyer, they just wanted the sale and could care less of the outcome. I am currently responsible for paying for a vehicle that I can not drive and this has been a nightmare. I have emailed and called the buying location multiple times for copies that were omitted from my final paperwork packet however no one will return my calls or provide the information requested. This vehicle was sold with a limited warranty which the dealership should take responsibility for cost however I was told that now they are trying to get the extended warranty that I purchased to pay for these issues. At the time of purchase, I thought I found a dealership that would receive continuous business from myself and family but this has turned out to be a poor experience and overall nightmare!

My car was towed in. Analysis was battery replacement. Aaa had rested battery prior to tow and thought it was not a battery issue. Could see battery still had life but could not get it to jump. So car towed to MB. It said battery. replacement at MB cost 4 times what Aaa would have charged. But now the car was at MB so we said go ahead. MB suggested no other maintenance but after I asked, they did routine maintenance. Communication was pretty good but I was uneasy because I was not sure the fix was really just a battery. I was told car was ready. We went to pick it up. Longer wait than I thought necessary. Then car was brought out and it had not been washed I had to ask. They had the car for 4 days. The “ready” message was early am. Tole them I would be there before noon thought they had time to get it ready for pick up. I thought that was what ready meant. So then I had to wait longer while they took the car to be washed. I still had to wash windows.

I’ve had collision repair to A9 service to basic car washes, fluid and tire pressure and everyone is superb! But two people really went out of their way today for me and I cannot say enough! When I walked in with a light problem I felt like I was the one short circuiting! And after Alberto and Jaime were finished helping me I left feeling like I had just taken a yoga class. At ease. The belt, tensioners, and pulleys broke on my 2011 C300, and I had my vehicle towed to the service department. My used car purchase using the internet sales at Mercedes-Benz of Orlando was nearly perfect. I was promptly contacted by Kyle and arranged a test drive appointment. No pressure sales tactics were applied. While the car was competively priced I made a reasonable counteroffer that was accepted. The only minor flaw was a need to return for the detail crew to complete preparation under the hood protector. Overall MBO provided a professional sales experience.

UPDATE: The dealership has confirmed they never cancelled out the loan! It's an active loan on a car that MB has SOLD to someone else since I returned. I left a message for the GM immediately after being hung up on by Iash and am YET to receive a call or message even apologizing. My husband visited the dealership yesterday and met with the New Car Sales Manager who (in his words), "was the only professional working there" and submitted the pay off info to the bank. There is absolutely no assurance this won't affect my credit and if it does, I will be seeking legal action! Worst dealership ever! I have owned six Mercedes (4 were my personal vehicles and 2 were my husband’s) and I would NEVER recommend this dealership. It isn’t the experience one expects from Mercedes - it feels cheap. The staff is unprofessional and fit all the stereotypes of “used car sales”. I purchased a used car from here, the loan hadn’t been completed when I left the lot (it was nighttime), and decided the next day that the car wasn’t for me. I was within my 3-day return period so I returned the car. Signed off on all the cancellation paperwork, etc. Over a month later, I receive a call from the bank to collect on my now past due loan (I have NEVER been late on a loan before)…the loan that was to be cancelled. I contacted the dealership for the used car sales manager to answer on speaker and mumble his way through a sentence of how he doesn’t know why or how. There was no offer to help just back and forth about how he wouldn’t speak to me since I was clearly mad! I’m very upset and wanted help but rather than offering help, Iash wanted to dispute why he wouldn’t help me. 5 of our 6 Mercedes have been purchased at another location and I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase, either do so at South or find another Mercedes dealership- you’ll be glad you did. Highly recommend Pembroke Pines if you’re up for the drive!

Well, The buying process was great, but when it came to repairs, not so much! I was given zero customer service. Due to parts on back order I was left without a car for 8 month, and was not provided any support, no car rental, no loaner, and still payed my loan and insurance. And when I got my car back, it was not even done correct. My service light was on, the head lights were not adjusted, my steering wheels not adjusted. And not to mention, I almost did not make it to the gas station, after 8 month, I would think they would make sure the car is perfect, but it was not.

Phenomenal Mercedes dealership and great experience getting my new Mercedes. Threw them a bit of a curve ball by ordering a new build a couple months earlier and then the day I went to pick it up, walking out with a different vehicle that had become available with every feature I wanted including the 3D surround that had been discontinued for 23. My SA Al, kept in touch during the build and was extremely helpful, but It felt like quite literally everyone in the dealership was also helpful. Thanks to AL, Donte, Lash, Frank, Victor and the guy in the parts department that somehow found me an all weather truck mat that was out of stock.

Took my car for service as warranty was ending. Every time I took it service dept. Wanted to charge me. I talked to the General Manager and he arranged immediately what I need it. My sales person did not get involved. I should have changed her since the beginning of purchasing the car. The GM made the experience better. The finance Manager was great and professional too. I might recommend only with a different sales person than the one I got.

Purchased a 2023 GLE last week. My impression was not the best with the salesman throughout my purchase. I arrived knowing exactly what vehicle I was going to purchase and felt rushed to provide a deposit without speaking to the finance department. The salesman provided a lot of incorrect information regarding the sale and appeared to not be aware or educated on critical information (such as the form of payment for a down-payment, financing, ect). I don't expect the salesman to be aware of the APR and other logistics. However, the salesman was communicating in place of the financial advisor, which provided false information. When I spoke to the financial advisor the following day to complete my sale, I had already completed a pre approval with a local credit union which the advisor stated I did not need to do- this was due to the initial misinformation I was provided the prior day. The financial advisor was very helpful and kind and really took the time to educate me on the sale and explain information that was not relayed previously. This was my personal experience, and overall loved the vehicle I purchased.

On my way to the dealership in Maitland, I got very lost and arrived one hour late for my appointment. The service department was extremely busy, yet they were able to fit me in several hours later. This was a much better option to sending me home and rescheduling. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and An excellent diner across the street was recommended by the receptionist. So my inability to follow a GPS turned out fine in the end.

Purchased pre-owned vehicle that 'passed' their inspection with flying colors, only to start hearing very squeaky brakes a few days later, took it to local dealership and need a $2,200 brake and rotor replacement! The "AutoNation Certified 125 point inspection" that I was provided a copy of says that brakes, rotors, drums, etc meet the 'AN Certification Standards"... but when I reach back out, after the sale, to find out what those standards are, my email had gone unreturned over 5 days now... - Also, per the AutoNation website, this my vehicle was supposed to "carry a 90-day, 4000 mile warranty"... however after I put down a deposit over the phone and drove 2 hours each way to pick up the vehicle, I then found out that that was NOT these case for this make and model... - I feel like i've been duped and switched and now have a very expensive repair on a car I purchased 2 weeks ago!

The only issue I had was they attempted to clean the car but missed many spots. The passenger seat had leaves still all over the floor and I’m not sure if if they wipe the windows or dash boards down but there was still smudges all over.

Our sale representative (Ryan Sariedine) was great and pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to come see him. He kept us in the loop with updates and what’s going on during the sale. However, we were there for more than 4 hours the first visit and to test drive one car, that was too much time waiting in the showroom. The second time we visited was with a car in mind and ready to purchase. But it still takes more than 6 hours for the process. We made an appointment and arrived on time and were able test drive the car soon after. After we have negotiated a price, we still have to wait almost 3 hours to meet with finance manager to do the paperwork. We hope the sale and financing processes can be more quicker so customers don’t have to wait so long. The people are great but the process is too cumbersome and I would be hesitant to go through this again.

My car has 5500 miles on it. They charged me $678 for an oil change. The service advisor was nice but other than that I will never be back to this dealership. Plus, they never gave me a clear breakdown of what they were charging me for. If you try to read the bill it is worse than the phone bill. Shame on you MB of Orlando for even thinking this sort of billing is acceptable. I guess they feel that if you paid $125k for a car, this kind of thievery is acceptable. You want to get people back to your dealership, quit screwing them over!

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. The only good thing is Carlton, Mike (shorter guy forgot his last name), and Christian in the service department. I feel bad that the management is taking sales away from them. I’ve had multiple problems here such as selling me the wrong car, selling a car that I was test driving, salesman hiding car in the back for customers that may or may not be purchasing. I gave them another opportunity. Found a car that I liked. Found out that it was possible sold to someone else. That’s okay but why no hold or sold sign on the car anywhere. Overheard a different salesman telling a customer that the car was ready but did they want to drive the another vehicle first. This tells me that the other customer is not sure what they want. Just my opinion. But I was talking to the used car sales manager, and he told me that they would sell me the car. I told him that the other salesman promised the car to the other customer. I told him that I was not willing to do that to the other customer because they did that to me once before at this very dealership. He didn’t seem to understand. I would have talked to the salesman about the phone call but once again my opinion. The thing that really made me mad is that the used car sales manager told me using Best Buy as a example that sales people will tell you anything to make a sales. Here we have good salespeople and bad salespeople. Whatever they tell you don’t count until you get into the office. I told him that I wouldn’t want to work with a company that hires people who lie and wouldn’t work with someone who keeps people who lie employed. What kind of management would admit that even if it was true? This is a shorter version of what happened, but my advice to you not to use this dealership. If you do you might want to verify the car is on the lot. If you love it you better put a deposit down regardless if the salesperson tells you they will hold it for you. They will sell the car first and worry about you later.

They have a nice waiting lounge and Marcus from the service department was very helpful, when I took my vehicle for a repair and I told I was staying to wait, he made sure that the vehicle was ready quick so I didn’t have to wait all day. Thank you Marcus! My only negative experience was that after I brought in the vehicle the first time and was told the repair needed and all the particulars, I didn’t hear from anyone for 3 weeks until I called and asked what was going on and finally had to schedule a time to bring the vehicle in. So, in my own personal experience they were good with the actual service the day of, but not with the follow up plus they didn’t have loaners available at all and that’s why I decided to wait at the dealership because I didn’t wanna keep driving a vehicle with a faulty seatbelt.

After picking up my vehicle, I was disappointed that I had to point out an issue they hadn't address. Left several messages for the SA to give me a return call, and I still haven't heard from him.

On this past Saturday, my warning system indicated that my coolant level was low. I called Mercedes Benz in Maitland to inquire as to what coolant I needed to get. I spoke with Ray in service. I advised him of my situation and also informed him that my car had been serviced there recently. Ray suggested that I should bring the car in just to check and make sure that there were no leaks. He scheduled an appointment for Monday at 10am. I arrived and he took care of me right away. I was in and out in approximately one hour. Thankfully, there were no leaks and Ray stated that perhaps the coolant wasn’t properly topped off during the service. Ray was awesome and I appreciated his prompt attention and kindness.

I took my 2014 GL450 in for an AC recharge. During the complimentary 10 point inspection this it was discovered that my tires were dry rotted and could blow out any minute. My service advisor, Rafael Pena, was kind, polite, professional, down to earth and treated me like I was family. He took all of my usual stress of a service appointment off the table for me. He answered all of my questions, and very promptly. Rafael made sure to have my Tire & Wheel warranty info sent in prior to my arrival, making it a breeze for me. I had a construction staple in my tire, which was replaced & covered in full with my Tire/Wheel Warranty. My car was taken back within minutes of my arrival. When my car was returned to me, my tire was replaced and properly aligned. They also gave Lola (my car) a good wash and vacuum during my service appointment. This is my first Mercedes. It is a certified, pre-owned vehicle and exactly what I wanted. With the exception of one individual, the staff I interacted with were professional and low-pressure. Kyle was my salesperson and he did a superior job, especially since he is relatively new to sales. If I owned a dealership, I would hire him away. He was very professional, thoughtful, collaborative, informative and communicated in a clear, timely manner to assist me in walking through every aspect of the process. He is the best salesperson I have ever had for any vehicle I have purchased ( I have purchased 12 vehicles so far). I brought cash, a trade-in and pre-approved financing to the table and he assisted me to walk through each step as seamlessly as possible. If Kyle was the only person I had dealt with, this rating would have been five stars. Unfortunately, I had an uncomfortable and slightly inappropriate interaction with a man from financing. I wanted to ask a couple simple questions about how the dealership financing was structured for comparison with what I had from the bank. His interaction with me was very condescending with uncomfortable references to me wanting to pay "way too much cash" to lower the financing, expressions of disbelief at my credit score (evidently he didn't think mine could be that high) and exaggerated disbelief that the bank could offer me a lower interest rate (actually two points lower than what he offered). His behavior was so off-putting that I asked not to work with him when we closed. Thankfully, Kyle arranged for me to finish my paperwork with another gentleman who did the job without commentary or an air of entitlement. (and also using my bank financing) When I buy my next Mercedes, I will look for Kyle (hopefully at Orlando Mercedes Benz).

The service writer was very professional and got the job done, the mechanics on the other hand are not that great on bedside manners. The job was done, and that’s really all I care about. But at the end of the day Mercedes-Benz has always been a status symbol that you have to pay for. Regarding a $10,000 AEM recall that was not free l, the least they could have done is wash the car and remove the grease stains that the technicians left behind all around the car, including the inside, other than that I am very happy with the outcome.

Glen is whom I worked with. I reserved vehicle while in transit as advertised on your website it did not have Burmester Speakers nor staggered tires. This is misleading and false advertisement. However, He was very kind. The finance personnel who assisted me with paperwork was inappropriate asking questions that was personal and made a few inappropriate comments. Asking where I reside and why I am Close to beaches but pale and need a tan is discrimination. Asking who drove me to pick up new vehicle, I told him a friend he asked why did a friend bring me was it my other boyfriend or one of my men. Very inappropriate!!! First I'll preface this with, this is in response to an email survey about my service, but the only choice was to publicly post. So here you go MB. And don't bother with the GM response "oh please contact me to resolve", I'll be there I'm sure in 6 weeks when I need ANOTHER alignment or tires for 7 or 8 hours sitting and waiting. Now onto the "review".. Let me start by saying i have been an MB fan boy for years. I'm on my 3rd AMG and love it. But this will be my last. Now for the not so good. This is a great dealership if you don't value time, nor understand how cars work, then you will be blissfully happy with the service. I scheduled a brake job 2 weeks in advance (due to the dash alert "check brake pads". My AMG sends a diagnostic report over the air to MB. My appointment reminder tells me 3 times to come in for my brake job. I arrive 9am, then at 11:30 I was informed that in fact I do need brakes... but they don't have them in stock and it will be a few days!?! That is BIG failure in the system, my pads should have been in stock, they had plenty of lead time. I was also there for my 5th alignment in 1 year (and on my 3rd pair of tires this year). I've had 3 AMG's previously and never had so many problems. The tire wear chart hanging in the dealership shows how my tires look at 5-6k miles and the chart describes a suspension issue. Well I'm always told " I don't have a problem... I have an AMG" even though the car won't hold an alignment for more than 1k miles. The inside treads have steel belts and tread separation at 6-8k (while the rest of the tread and tire looks brand new w/ +12mm of tread left).. btw I never "track" my car, I don't do burn outs, I take corners just like every car in front of me. And my daily driving is mainly 6 miles round trip taking 2 kids to school (30mph limits max the whole way) .. I've changed tire brands 3 times as I'm always told "oh brand xxxx is traaash" Goodyear, Michelin, Perelli, top of the line $500+ each tire doesn't matter lasts 8 months top. Car won't hold alignment under warranty but I'm always told I must have hit a curb or well sir alignments can get knocked out as soon as you leave our parking lot. Even though my car is immaculately cared for and zero curb rash, pot holes always avoided. Worst part is the time waiting, appointment for 2 tires (which I order to my house online and bring in because they always have problems sourcing my tires.. you know the old covid supply chain excuse. ) and an alignment at 9am usually takes me 5-7 hours as sit there all day waiting. I don't know if it's MB quality on this latest gen of AMG or the fact my two local dealers were bought out by auto nation at the same time but I'm done with it all. And it's sad because the Eqs was my next choice but no way I'm getting on a new product like that because I can't trust it will be nothing but problems. Ps.. I'm ISO a good Euro indie tech in CFL as I heard they can "fix" this problem.

Had a tire damage on my GLC300, made an appt at MB of Orlando to change the tire. ended up changing 2 tires due to wear and tear on the other one my service advisor, Chris, had it done in 1.5 hrs, MUCH faster than the expected 4 hrs, great job, rebalanced all tires and returned my car clean inside and out:) They also provided a MB shuttle to pick me up at home to come get my car when it was ready. I took my Mercedes into this dealership and they claimed they did a diagnostic (I never saw it), and they changed a battery in the back. After charging me over $600, the problem I brought it in for still exists. I later found out that the battery the replaced was fully functioning according to a different dealership who checked the battery when my husband brought it in. I feel ripped off and lied to.

False advertisement!!! We scheduled a test drive for a car, we even checked the availability of the car to see if it was there on the lot and their website said yes it’s available! We drive 30 minutes and the car is not there how about that!??? And of course we get a million apologies which does us no good! All the more reason to go to Carvana or cars.com to buy a car! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I ever buy a car from this dealer, false advertisement!

I have actually changed over to this dealership after my salesman transferred over. I have a 2020 A220 that I brought in for my schedule B this was on Aug 18th .. Needless to say my car was not sounding right about a month and a half later. My engine coolant light came on. I scheduled a appointment on 10/18 to have this reviewed. I was told by my service advisor that my coolant was not filled. He advised that he filled it but of course I got a message stating I missed my appointment. Typically, I do not leave these types of reviews. Mistakes happen but the fact that it is not noted I was there say’s a lot. I definitely wanted a record that I was there and that there was an issue with my vehicle as it still does not sound right. More than likely I will be going back to my regular location even though it is further away. Please check your cars after your service.

I had a problem. Apparently my transmission didn't like my radiator. The solution was very expensive because it involved replacing the transmission amongst other things. Fortunately, I had two things going for me. First, I actually had a warranty that had not expired (and I received many calls from people all over the world who were concerned about my warranty. The other thing going for me is Drake Graebel. Drake has been my guy at MB for years. He is understanding, responsive, and solution oriented. He took over dealing with the warranty company, provided me with an automobile, and got the work done in a prompt manner. I am a fan.

Additionally for the first time I could not get a loaner car since my Mercedes was out of warranty. I live over an hour away so I had to take an Uber ride to the nearest car rental agency. Seems like they should have at least offered me a ride to the rental car agency. I have been to multiple Mercedes dealerships around the Country and I do not consider this up to normal Mercedes standards. I won't be going back.

This dealer had our car for 2 weeks for key programming. The communication is horrible. No one called to update us, no one returned our calls. The phones wasn’t answered when we called. They blamed there phone system. Although we texted our service guy directly….calls were never returned. The manager was useless. Refused to see me when I showed up at the dealer. Ordered one key and they claimed it was defective and had to order another one after speaking to Germany. Service is HORRIBLE. I will never use them again. Marcus was our service advisor and the manager was Ed Taylor. USELESS!

I loved buying Mercedes with Mr Glenn on Mercedes Benz at Maitland FL , it was an easy and smoothly transaction also before leaving the store i saw some details in the car to fix and he was promptly there to help me . but within a week of the purchase the car started to shake when it was going over 70 miles an hour. I took it to mercedez because it is still under warranty , they looked and said I had to balance the car , so they did it and it improved the tripidation , but after 2 weeks the same vibration returned but stronger , I took it again and they analyzed it and realized that the front tires needed changing and so I had to pay almost $1000 because it was no longer under warranty. in short , the problem has always been this , but they preferred ( make up the problem ) until it went over the guarantee for me to pay . I don't think mercedes was professional doing that . Well , I would like my feedback to be just about good things , but anyway .. I thought it was very important to report this to help a next customer !

I’m extremely aggravated and disappointed in Mercedes Maitland service. To say I’m upset is an understatement. I took my car here two weeks ago with a pre-scheduled appointment for a paint defect where the paint on my passenger door is clearly bubbling up after owning it less than a year! I was told by my service advisor (won’t mention their name) that they would take care of it due to warranty. My car sat there for 2 weeks with NO returned phone calls after 4 messages. I finally sent a text and then got a call the next day saying “we can’t fix it under warranty because you were hit.” NO, I was not hit! I have no dent or paint missing! This is a paint defect that 2 certified Mercedes mechanics previously confirmed was NOT the result of being hit. I’m positive if I was hit I would have an accident report! They didn’t want to fix it because they couldn’t make money off me if they did. On top of this, they gave me a loaner car that was dirty inside. It was not clean or disinfected whatsoever- fingerprints and sticky spots all over the seats and leaves in the trunk. I’ve lost ALL faith in Mercedes and once my lease is up, I won’t be buying another one. To wait two weeks leaving me hanging just to go back on their word is deplorable and ruined my weekend. I also saw on the Mercedes Me app they left my car unlocked for hours at a time so I kept locking it remotely. They didn’t care about my belongings inside apparently or it would’ve been locked the entire time since they didn’t plan on fixing it anyway. Shame on Mercedes. Two weeks of waiting for my car for nothing. MERCEDES: Don’t email asking customers for reviews if you’re going to be disappointed in what you hear. And don’t bother responding with your generic comment about calling you to make it right unless you can guarantee you’re fixing my car at no charge !!!

Getting ahold of anyone for answers is near impossible. When you do talk to someone, there’s never a definitive answer. Service had my car for a week immediately after purchase to fix a scratch and a wheel (identified at the time of purchase). After expecting a 2 day turn around and lasting a week, not only had the scratch not been fixed, but there were new scratches that happened at the shop. Now I am wasting another day waiting (hopefully for them to fix it). I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

I take my 2020 c300 for its first service and wanted the service department to look at my automatic trunk opener, wasn't working at all , service manager says the system is basically junk and doesn't work well even with the more expensive cars ,sounded like he didn't want to be bothered with diagnosing the problem. so he sold me a brake fluid flush at 10k miles, the only reason to change the brake fluid at 10k miLes is when the car is under extreme conditions such as severe weather and used as a commercial transport vehicle, my car basically sits in the garage most of the time !! The dealer is dirty and would not recommend this place at all , plus when we bought the car the sales manager didn't give us an option to transfer tags from our old Mercedes,and I highly doubt they even changed the oil, I mentioned I looked at the oil after the oil change was done and it was so black and dirty , the manager said the synthetic oil captured all the dirt from the engine as soon as you start it that's why the oil looks so black , funny my 05 SLK oil never looked that black after changing the oil . Never buying a car from here again!!!

Even though I got to the dealership 2 hours before they closed the team worked through it all the way until 9:45pm. I was very impressed of how patient and friendly they were even after closing time. My situation require immediate service, as the emergency brake on my GLK350 would not release. What seemed a nightmare at first, was quickly handled after calling roadside assistance. In under an hour, towing service came out and I was able to get my car over to the Maitland Mercedes dealer. From there, Drake Grable, advisor made the service needed happen within a few hours ! Not only did I get a new emergency break installed, my car received a hand wash too. Not exactly how anyone wants to spend their day, but I?m grateful for the dealership, roadside assistance, Drake and the service team involved ?

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mercedes-Benz of Orlando at all. They made gross misrepresentations about the pre-owned car they sold me, and then were very difficult to deal with to resolve the issues. They did not want to work with me to ensure I got the car they told me they were selling me, and for which I paid cash. Their only offer in the way of a remedy was to give me my money back, which I didn't want. I have had the car in my possession for five weeks, and three of those weeks it was at another dealer getting the things fixed MBO knew needed fixing and failed to fix prior to the sale. Furthermore, the temporary tag they gave me has now expired and there is no record of my car's VIN in the state system, indicating that they either are holding up the title and registration paperwork, or they filed it incorrectly. They have yet to address this title and registration issue for me. So, 0 out 10; do not recommend. The ONLY good thing to come of my dealings with them is that I got a great car, in spite of all the falsehoods and misrepresentations

My main regret is "no Mercedes hood ornament" to aid in my parking garage space. At 84 on April 21, I live in a CCRC and the parking spaces are tight. I really miss my Mercedes hood ornament, which I have had on all of my Mercedes since 1979! But all of the Mercedes personnel in Maitland were excellent!!!

My tire light came on and I brought my cla 250 into the millenia location on my way home from work. Two days later the light was back and I called to get the tire checked. They had no availability until the following Monday unless I went and waited for an opening. I called and got an apt within a few mins and the process was positive. Alex Rodriguez walked me through every step, from check in to finding our the tire needed to be replaced. They had an accurate timeline and I was able to work from the lounge while they took care of everything. Once completed I had a few additional questions about touch up paint and oil change timeline. Throughout everything Alex was positive and took the extra step. They were busy and I never felt like he was rushing me out the door. Though the dealership is a bit out of the way, I will schedule future maintenance here because of the level of service I received today.

Last week I purchased beautiful S class for $50k, sales process easy. I had a problem with a soft closing lock a week later and found out that they gave me a "great" 90 day warranty that they didn’t activate. When I called, it took 3 days to get the warranty turned on ( without car). Then the warranty company declined the claim because they said I have to wait 60 days to make a claim, unless I take it to an Autonation store. In Jacksonville, where I live that means taking it to a Ford dealership—who doesn’t even have Mercedes diagnostic equipment. I gave up and paid for the repair. Hopefully,I won’t need this basically worthless warranty— Ford dealerships can't fix Mercedes. Even better, maybe they’ll make it right and I can amend my review.

She helped a lot since the beginning, she helped me build the car I wanted and paid attention to every single detail of what I wanted. I recently drove over a metal rod that got caught in my wheel well and made a terrible noise while I was moving. I called Mercedes Maitland and they were able to look at the problem same day and remove the rod while I waited. Fortunately there was no damage to the tire, brakes, or the well. I have been a customer for 13 years and always have a good experience. However, the service I got from my advisor and the service techs this time went above and beyond.

I called the dealership and was told that the Svc department was closed at 3pm and my ETA would have been after 6pm . About 15 minutes later I got a call but did not recognize the number........the caller was MARCUS DIAZ. He asked me if I was safe and I explained I was on the tow truck and would be arriving after 6pm. He reassured me he would wait for me and not to worry as he would have transportation for me to get home. Have had issues with passenger air bag and restraint system for years. Light was constantly on and parts were replaced, but then the light would come back on. Was told at times nothing was wrong and light reset. Finally last year, was told it would be repaired as but parts needed to be ordered. Took 3 months of calling a few times a month and corporate office to finally get ?the parts?. It is now fixed, and I am hoping it doesn?t break again, as I don?t want to go through this again. On plus side, employees were always polite, but unfortunately, nothing was getting done.

This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. From the time I walked in the door, the Mercedes Benz of Orlando store treated me with dignity and respect. In addition to the exceptional service, and beautifully well kept store the process was very quick. They really respected my time and got me in and out leaving me plenty of time in the day to enjoy my new car.

It has been about a month since my service on my 2020 GLS 450. I scheduled it about 3 weeks in advance as I was told there would be a loaner available if I waited that long. On the day of service there was no loaner available, so I was driven to Enterprise to get a car. In the afternoon when my car was ready I dropped off the rental per my instructions at the dealership and was told that was that. 3 days later Enterprise calls me and told me they were charging me $118.00 for the car as nobody from MB ever called to tell them their vehicle was dropped off. I called the dealership and was told the service manager was "handling it" but I should call my bank and dispute the charge. So now the problem between MB and Enterprise has somehow become my problem. I e-mailed MB on 1/22 to follow up because nobody had taken initiative and followed up with me. I was told that day the service manager would write a check to reimburse me for the cost of the car rental. As of today I have received nothing nor heard from MB again. Losing a loyal customer that has gotten 2 cars and spent thousands in service over $118.00? Even when I e-mailed the GM, Mr. Berryhill, he copied me on an e-mail to someone else with a simple "get this resolved". No apologies, no "this isn't representative of us", nothing like that. Overall just terrible.

I stopped by this dealership for my scheduled repair estimate for panoramic sunroof shade mechanism that shredded itself during my attempt to open it one night. I received a quick and reasonable quote so I left my Merc for the repair. Not expecting to have problem fixed on same date, I brought my dog with me. Ray took care of offering me and my dog a shuttle ride back home so we did not have to wait there. I was able to pick up the car in good working condition the same day. The experience that I had at Mercedes-Benz of Orlando was much better than any other car purchase experience I have ever had in the past. Much of that is due to the friendly and courteous staff there, which includes the salesman, Terrance Lee, and Edmond Grigoryan who assisted me with the finance. Neither of these gentlemen pressured me into my decision and instead made me feel very comfortable and at ease about the vehicle I was getting. If wouldn’t be for Rafael (my Service Rep since I bought my car three years ago), I would give a low score for Customer Service for the last time I’ve used Maitland Dealership service (this week). Rafael made up for all the mistakes other people did and I am happy with his constant outstanding Customer Service skills, going above and beyond to make his customers pleased with the services this location is offering. Kudos Raf! However, I have to say that I expected much more from this brand - one of the reasons I did not buy any other brand. My car went in for oil change service and the wrong fluid was placed in the wiper tank. This has caused major damage to all the glass on the car. I do not have confidence in this dealership to take care of my vehicle as they are not interested in going above and beyond to fix the issue that they caused. I regret bringing my vehicle here.

In March of 2020 I purchased a 2020 Mercedes GLB 250, and let me tell you I was so excited. I have owned Lexus, Audi, Toyotas, Hondas and BMWs, but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would own a Mercedes. And unfortunately based on my experience, don't know that I will ever want to own one again. In complete transparency, I buy a new vehicle every 1-2 years as I just haven't found the car I love and I thought the GLB would be it! I liked the boxy style and the size and again it was a Mercedes :). The buying experience was average, our sales gentleman was great and very responsive. However, things went downhill after that. In the short time I owned the vehicle, I had it in 2 times for service (engine light) and it had 2 recalls. I understand it is a brand new model, and the kinks probably needed to be worked out, but the customer service was awful - the worst experience I have ever had. When I called about the recall notices, it seemed as though it would take an act of Congress to try and have the car serviced. I was told, I would need to bring it in for assessment, and then if it was determined to have an issue, I would have to bring it back, with no offer of a loaner vehicle. The second time I brought it in for service due to the engine light, we made an appointment for 11am on December 15th, when dropping it off, my husband discussed some other technical issues we were having with the entertainment/Apple Car Play and asked them to ensure everything was working, along with checking on the recalls. Around 7pm the evening of the 15th, we had not heard from Mercedes, so we called, and the service department was closed! Hmmm, so how was I going to get my car, that I needed the next day, guess I wasn't! I spoke to several folks in Sales who were of no help and simply told me there was nothing they could do, I left a message on the voice mail of the Sales Manager after requesting to speak to a manager, do you think I heard back, not at all. The next time we heard anything about our car, was the next day when we called Service to check on a status. Of course, they apologized but can't say it was genuine and did not seem to be concerned we had been inconvenienced. We were told we would hear back when the car was ready, which was much later in the day. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in the service of this dealership. I understand my Mercedes was probably one of their lower end models, but I was a customer, who likes to buy new cars, and very well could have advanced my purchases and been a loyal Mercedes owner. We traded in the car 2 weeks later, and I found a Lexus RX350 that I absolutely love - the sales experience was AMAZING and so far the customer experience as been fabulous. So long Mercedes! For all you future Mercedes owners I hope your experience is better than mine.

I am so disappointed with Mercedes Benz of Orlando. Preparing to return my leased vehicle, I noticed they’d sold me a 4 year policy of a 3 year lease. The tire alignment my service advisor told me wasn’t covered was indeed covered. Prior to taking my car back, I spoke to two people who told me that no policy covered an alignment. The finance guy also told me I was wrong until I showed him after which he told me it was probably too late to do anything. He said it was service managers responsibility and went to find him but he wasn’t available. He left him a message and said he would call. The following week I left 3 phone messages asking the service manager to call me. Two weeks later and still no call. Hopefully the general manager will see this review and do the right thing and call me.

This, despite having an extended warranty through AutoNation which, I was told, entitled me to a loaner car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told no transportation was available. Called multiple times after 1:00 for an update, no one answers the service line. Tried through the sales department only to be transferred to no one or disconnected. Got back to the dealer at 5:30 to find out that everyone left for the day and my vehicle was never serviced. Was not offered any explanation nor a replacement vehicle and was left with no vehicle and no idea when my vehicle would be fixed. Should have known after horrible sales experience. This place is by far the worst service I’ve received anywhere EVER! I brought in my car for a airbag switch. Mind you, they are the one who keep contacting me to come in and switch that airbag. So I schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I bring my car in on that appointment date 11/25 at 1 PM the day before thanksgiving, I was told that I can get my car back in 2 to 3 hours. When I call them at 4PM no one answered. When they finally pick up the phone, I kept getting transferred. So by 7 pm, I started to worried so I head over there, just to find out that they are close and and they will not open the next day (because of thanksgiving) so I had to spend the holiday with no car. Absolutely the worst service ever. I expected so much more professionalism from this people. Beyond disappointed.

Always in and out in a flash regardless of what work is being done. No upselling. I live 200 miles away and drive to this dealership where I bought my Mercedes to have it serviced because the other dealerships I?ve called to all quoted me higher prices. I?m loyal to this dealer for a reason. Ask for Mike Shaddick he?s honest, reliable and Doesn?t try to nickel and dime you.

My salesperson , Frank Whitton of Mercedes Orlando, is the salesperson I've always gone to for purchase of a Mercedes. He's always dependable, takes as much time as I need and answers all my questions. If need be, he will come to my house and show me some details that I couldn't remember. I'm never rushed to make a purchase and tries to give me the exact car I want. Mercedes S 450 is the best car I've ever driven and will continue to buy one in the future.

Attempting to purchase a car during a pandemic proved to be a daunting task until I stumbled on Mercedes Benz of Orlando and Nick! I had been searching for a vehicle AND a way to purchase with little or no contact. I unfortunately have a bunch of risk factors related to the virus and it was important to avoid all contact with people. I contacted dealers online and most never called back. The only ones that did seemed to think that they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. We sent a “please contact me” message to MB of Orlando and within 12 hours Nick contacted us. It was the beginning of one of the easiest, most pleasant auto purchases that I have ever made. Nick did everything possible to address my special concerns. Could not visit the dealership to see the car...Nick sent a dozen pictures! Had some questions about my “deal”, Nick involved his manager and the problem was solved. Nick even met me at the dealership where I was returning my previous car to deliver the new one. Truly amazing, positive experience! If you need a car, call Nick and Iash at MM of Orlando. I've been dealing with this dealership for over six and a half years. Purchased 2 vehicles and have them serviced here as well. From the Sales Dept. to the service Dept. I have had nothing but good experiences there. I would highly recommend this dealership. This dealership is 50 miles from my home, there is another dealership that is closer but they do not have the professionalism and or courtesy as Mercedes Benz of Maitland.

From the first day I stepped onto the property of Mercedes-Benz of Orlando Maitland and encountered DeLoach the sales associate, was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had in my adult life! James was very personable, very knowledgeable and gave us the space we needed to look. When we couldn't find what we were looking for James gave us the opportunity to order the exact vehicle we wanted. Who knew... James went over each feature to see if it was something we wanted on the car. It was an experience I will never forget. James kept us abreast of the location of the car and what was going on with it do to the pandemic that we are facing. Due to the pandemic It never crossed our minds to cancel the car. First of all we wanted it and second of all I couldn't discount anything about my experience and wanted to hold on to that. On the day we picked up the car and finalize the paperwork James made us feel very comfortable with knowing that he was concerned about our health and we had nothing to worry about due to the company sanitizing the building and our vehicle. Not to mention him wearing his PPE. Loved it! We had a great experience with the finance associate Mr. Victor Miller. He and James must have attended the same customer service training because he exemplified the epitome of Stellar customer service as well! He was very detailed with our documents as well as helping us to understand what we were signing. Victor was very conscientious about making sure everything was sanitized for us to use from the pen on his desk to the electronic device and the desk itself. I applaud both of these men and I thank them for an awesome purchasing experience!

What does the Mercedes brand represent? Safety? Reliability? Excellence? Comfort? Customer Service? Not anymore. My brand new 2019 Mercedes c300 and MB USA have failed me in all of these areas. My car, which is barely six months old, stalled without any warning while I was on the interstate heading to work. I narrowly avoided several collisions while trying to pull over. I had the car towed to the dealership (MB of Orlando), and the car was returned to me the next day with assurance the issue was fixed. I asked to speak with the service director Ed Taylor, but he never called me, rather he only responded with brief and vague emails. I also requested to speak with Mr. Berryhill, the general manager, and he too was elusive. Ten days later, it stalled again on the interstate on a Sunday evening. This time, my pregnant wife was with me, and needless to say the experience caused her a great deal of distress. We had the car brought to MB of South Orlando, as it was the closest dealership to where the car stalled. I was told by this dealership to leave the car, and they'll have it looked at in the morning. I asked them to please help me and my pregnant wife find a ride home, perhaps provide a shuttle, or loaner vehicle. They said there is nothing they can do, and that we need to find our own way home. They returned the vehicle two days later, saying its working fine now after replacing a computer chip. I decided to call MB USA customer service the next day, and explained my disappointment to the representative. I was assured somebody would call me within 24 hours from corporate. 24 hours came and went, and no call from corporate. Finally, about 36 hours later I was able to get a hold of Jena from corporate. Jena listened attentively to my grievances, and was sympathetic to my situation. She said she'll get back to me after gathering more information about the vehicle, and speaking with the dealerships. To her credit, she did follow up with me. However, she said the vehicle has been serviced per contractual and warranty agreements, and that there is nothing else MB USA is required to do for the customer. I'm extremely disappointed by the level of customer service from MB USA, and the MB dealerships mentioned. I'm even more disappointed that my vehicle is not safe or reliable, having broken down twice in two weeks. Mercedes Benz, is this your new standard?
